These recipes are awesome! My husband is a difficult picky eater and I am pretty certain he’d eat all of these!I honestly can’t even wait to try and make them.

Thank you for the delicious vegan recipes! I’m having back surgery next month. I’m trying to get as many freezer meals ready as possible. The only thing I am going to do differently is complete the meals. If possible put them into my souper cubes so I can freeze individual portions I can pull out and heat up.

That’s a great idea! Sometimes I have all 3 of my crockpots going at once so I can freeze the meals in portions, I’m the only one who eats soup in my house so it’s nice to have it all prepped! Good luck with your surgery!!
