Thank you. I loved the colour of this lipstick when I saw it in store but was worried about it being too matt and drying. Your review convinced me that I wouldn't like it so I ordered the Powder Kiss one that you showed was a similar colour.

I just wore three of the matte Maybelline lipsticks in the last days and they performed so freaking well. I love my MÄC lippis too, but I´m not ready to pay more than the regular ones already cost. Thanks for this review! :)

Thank you for the test! I do want to try it. I don't believe 24h claims, it's also quite ridiculous to me to even claim that. No one wears a lipstick for 24h lol. And you would need to eat, drink, speak etc., so it's a bit pointless. Anywho, love the colour and finish on you!

These remind me of the Nars Powermatte Lipsticks. The Nars ones are very caring on the lips though and I don't feel the need to touch up... 😉💋💜💜💜

Love this color on you! ❤ Just wanted to mention that oils in food will break down any lip product... that's how you're meant to remove this (with a cleansing oil).

Yeah I’m totally aware of that 😆, but a 24 hour wear lip product should theoretically hold up to oil better than a standard lipstick ☺️🩷

I love a Mac lipstick. But the next lipsticks I buy will be Kaleidos. Possibly on Black Friday. I will finish two Mac lipsticks and a Bourjois pencil by the end of the month.

I’m also waiting for Black Friday to go ham on Kaleidos. Such pretty lip colours and I want their most boring Cold Brew eyeshadow palette.

I bought this last week in “posh” it was awfully dry and patchy with no slip to glide the colour on. So uncomfortable it crumbled. Annoyed I can’t return it. I’ve been trying to make it work with balms and other lipsticks and it’s a little better with something more emollient over or under and it sort of converts the Matte to a more comfort Matte but neither straight nor mixed did I get more than several hours of wear.

The packaging is pretty and I like the idea of passionfruit oil in a lippie, but after watching this review, I think I'd rather stick with MAC's regular bullet lipsticks (especially since I can buy Mehr in a mini and actually use it up before it goes bad without neglecting my other lipsticks). P.S. Love the 'YES' earrings!

I always use Mac's Ruby Woo and the longest it has lasted was 8 hrs, if i didnt eat anything. I'm good with that time, it doesnt have to last forever. I wish they would concentrate on making more colours instead of coming up with all these formulas.

I always love seeing you in that green jumper. It's such a stunning color. It's just hilarious that any lipstick brand thinks they can create a lip product of any sort that will last 24 hours with normal life that includes eating and drinking normally. I did like the way it wore off and faded well. It's part of the reason why I love a lot of the Korean lip stains. They wear down well but still leave a lovely stain on the lips and that's about as long wearing as I've found when it comes to long wearing products.

I think they are doing the wear tests on corpses who don't talk or eat , so maybe it can stay nice for 24h on someone who's dead :D

I haven’t tried their stain. Every western brand’s lip stains I’ve tried have been disappointing so I try not to buy them 😅

Very orange colour!

*24hrs *if tube-fed or fasting. (Pretty colour but still emphasizes normal lip wrinkles which looks like a cat’s bum at my age.)

Haha yes a 24 hours fast with no showering or sleeping, would likely last! It doesn't hide lines, but it doesn't emphasise lines luckily. I have had some matte lipsticks (especially liquid lipsticks) that age my lips by 50 years, luckily this isn't one of them haha.
