Thank you all for watching my review on the Mac Locked Kiss Ink Lipsticks. Add me on Instagram: AskCandace. Each lipstick retails for $33 on Mac website, Ulta Beauty and Macys. There are 12 shades in this collection. If you have pigmented lips you have to apply two coats to get full opacity. For the price I expected it to last throughout my day. It started to wear off after six hours of wear and I had to reapply after eating and drinking. I hope you all enjoyed this review and try on of the Mac Locked Kiss Ink Lipsticks. I'm loving the shade Upgraded and Decadence. I like that it doesn't transfer but not happy about needing to apply 2 layers. Great review, thank you 😊

I like that is buildable. A sheer even layer sounds ideal for minimalistic makeup. For example I really don't like the Maybelline ones. Too opaque. But if it highlights lip texture idk.. maybe I'll try one. Thank you forbthe swatches❤ very helpful

I've been obsessed with these recently! Transfer bothers me so much and before this I would actually take off most of the lipstick before eating so that I don't feel uncomfortable and seeing it on food. This feels so light and smooth. for me I don't need a second layer and even one layer is very strong for me perhaps due to my skin tone.

Commenting now after watching - Decadence looks stunning on you! I don't agree with MAC describing Most curious as a light rose nude, it does look beautiful but it seems more vibrant than a nude. How does this formula compare with the powder kiss liquid lipsticks and the regular retro matte liquid lipsticks? I was kind of hoping for a Maybelline Vinyl Ink-type formula until I heard matte. Lovely swatches, by the way! 😍

All gorgeous on you! I picked up one to look at yesterday at Macy’s bcuz they have a %15 of beauty sale until 4/2/23 but $33 is too much for having to apply 2 coats. Bars liquid lipsticks are so much better and long wearing

How do you remove the locked kiss ink?
Great video! I’ve been seeing some people swatch a shade called dare devil from this line and I’ve been looking for it with no luck. Do you happen to have any information on that shade?

Daredevil wasn't released in the US along with some other colors. I actually had to purchase the colors not released in the US from Harrods and Selfridges but I haven't been able to get Daredevil. My daughter has a friend who lives in Switzerland that said she would try to get it for me.

I love how light they are but they def do not last 24 hours. And I was disappointed. And so expensive in Canada! Thank you for your reviews xx

You are correct. Definitely looks dry even if the formula is good. That's why I stick to regular lipstick. Transfer doesn't bother me.

Im a big fan of matte lipsticks so loving all the shades but the not-so-opaque pigmentation is disappointing as the lipsticks come with a very high price tag. Vixen and Posh will be my favourites.

Seems overpriced for the formula! There are drug store options that seem more comfortable than this! 😳 I'm not interested in MAC in general anyway, so these def are not for me. 😁 Great job on the review, Candace! 💙☺️💙
