I had a red Brixton 125 and I miss it so much! I used to get people walk up to me and say how cool it looks. I’m hoping on buying it back from the insurance and when it arrives that exhaust is coming straight off !!! For a 125 it sounds pretty good compared to other motorbikes I’ve ridden.

Hoi, ik heb cromwell 125, ik vond een andere demper met maatvoering 38 tot 45mm. Ik zag dat jij nog extra ringen kocht zou dit ook nodig zijn?

Great video. Wonderful looking exhaust and sounds much better too. This bike recently come into my country but is 150cc and I do like the scrambler style and nobby tires. Unfortunately, the price isn't exactly cheap when compare with it's competitors. Have you bring it off roading? A little concern of the build quality and if getting replacement parts would be a problem.

If this is not cheap where you live, then what the hell is "cheap" in your eyes? You can get this for 2.500€ in Germany whilst most of the other 125cc bikes start at about 4.300€.

El brixton aceleró mejor con el nuevo escape.

Hi Semke i like ur exhaust, not too loud & looks kool. In Malaysia Brixton is 150cc but the power is about the same as 125 around 12hp. Maybe the torque is higher for the 150. But who cares, these bikes are made to look kool & economy. I dont have a Brixton yet but likely to get one. I luv the vintage look and affordable price!!!

Thanks. The bike got more power and better acceleration from the new exhaust. The speed of the bike stayed the same

Los reductores estaban en mi salida en la caja, pero también puedes comprarlos por separado en el sitio, la pieza más pequeña que puse allí es un sello, porque no pude encontrar un sello de 45 a 35 mm. Encontré un sello en el garaje donde coloco mi motocicleta para mantenimiento y cuesta 12 €.

Do you know for sure that you can replace the exhaust. I heard from some owners that the exhaust is completely welded. So to remove the back section you need to grind it off. I got my exhaust from www.caferacerwebshop.com

Do let me know how it goes if you do. I've only done some cosmetic modifications. Changed blinkers, front and rear lights. Changing the muffler like yours as well. But looking for ways to improve performance.

Did you adjust the carburetor after put the new exhaust? It´s ok after several km? I put the same megaton in my brixton and I have that doubt!

there is no carb on this bike its injection . my bike is still okay with the megaton

De overgang van diameter 38 naar 35 (dat aparte verloopstuk) heb je die ook gekocht op de site waar de link naar verwijst? Ik vind deze niet onmiddellijk terug daar. Ik ben blij dat er nog mensen fan zijn van de brixton. Grtz

semke please help me.. my stock horn was not working so i installed new horn now that not also working .. people said its common prb of brixton. what to do

i would connect a multimeter to the wires from the horn . then push the button and see if you get power . If you don't get any power then it could be that your button is broken. then you will have to test the button with your multimeter. there may be a broken wire . so you will have to measure everything until you encounter the problem

de verloopstukken zaten bij mijn uitlaat in de doos , maar je kan ze ook op de site apart kopen , het kleinste stuk dat ik er insteek is een dichting , omdat ik geen dichting van 45 mm naar 35 mm kon vinden moest ik verloopstukken gebruiken , zo een dichting heb ik gevonden in de garage waar ik mijn moto binnen doe voor onderhoud en koste 12 €

no I did not have a tuning done. the brixton accelerated better with the new exhaust. If I go to the garage when he has 4000 km i will let my mecanic take a look at it

You can grind the weld until it losses and slide off the exhaust. If you are lucky there’s a piece of pipe big enough to clamp the new exhaust on. If not just weld a piece on

Awesome! Does it sound louder than the straight pipe? I removed the muffler myself as well as a test. Love the straight pipe sound... Not sure if it's good for the engine though. Thanks for the video!

For me its fits pretty good. But that all depends on your body type . If I would be more on the heavy side the bike would look a little small

Flynn Hatebur no chance, front is way too heavy. Trust me I’ve tried Rev limiter first gear dumping the clutch and it won’t go up!

That is the gaskit for the exhaust. I got it from my local bike repair shop. The measurements of the gaskit is 35 x 42.5 x 23 . The metal spacer comes with the exhaust

I’m back! Aha I found on the same webside as yours an Megaton but not exactly the same by the link in your description. Felix Daniels the exhaust connection is bigger than the pipe so you'll need the gasket to connect it . This is the same as the original exhaust. There is no part link . I went to my mechanic with the measurements of the pipe and the exhaust and he ordered a gasket with the measurements . I had to use a spacer because we couldn't find the right one

@@semke88 if I understood it right from what a friend has told me, the alternative when it doesn't have an e-number is to go to the TÜV (I think the American equivalent is the dmv) and let them check it out. If they then say everything is fine I can keep it on my motorcycle. Do you know if that is right? (and thanks for the quick answer btw)

FREEBIRD MUSIC Moin. Nee, so einfach ist das nicht. Du bräuchtest für die Eintragung in die Fahrzeugpapiere eine Einzelzulassung, um solch einen Auspuff fahren zu dürfen. Das wäre allerdings ein finanziell viel höherer Aufwand, als wenn Du Dir gleich einen Auspuff kaufst, der zumindest ein Teilegutachten hat. Solche Abgasanlagen sind sogar über die Homepage von Brixton unter Zubehör erhältlich. Des weiteren wirst Du diese Einzelzulassung für diesen ”Billigauspuff” eh nicht bekommen, da er viel zu laut ist. Zu guter letzt bliebe noch die Frage, wozu ein lauterer Auspuff überhaupt gut sein soll? Ist totaler Blödsinn, teuer und asozial.

I have been on the motorcycle for more than 3 months now. and have already driven 2900 km. For the time being I have not had any problems with it. the quality of the motorcycle is good but you can see what they have saved on, the engine is excellent but everything around it is good. but you can not expect top material for that price. it is the ideal motorcycle for learning to drive. very easy and reliable.

the original tube size is 45 for the exhaust tip en 35 for the exhaust pipe .there is a gasket between the 2

yes you can use that. do not forget that it will not be 100% sealed without a gasket. because you use the metal pieces to make the connection. it is always better to use a gasket.

the exhaust is not European approved, but I have never had any problems with it . The exhaust isn't extremely loud either.

The bike has this name because it resembles British bikes of the 50's like the Triumph Tiger T110 or the Triumph Bonneville T120. This is the philosophy behind the name of this brand and personally I find the Austrians very open minded and selfless to honor their project with another country's heritage. Britain has GREAT history concerning motorcycles and I think Bronx might lack a bit in this department. ;-)

Das Ding geht natürlich null, aber das design, preis und die Qualität sind für den preis unschlagbar.

I've just come to accept that a 125cc will always sound weak and puny no matter what. Even with an open pipe it doesn't sound much better than a lawn mower. In fact my lawn mower has a bigger engine. I can't wait to pass my full bike test to get a real engine :(
