Speaking from experience, these maje your life easier ! No blind spot, if your window's wet, you can still see in it, if there's freeze on it or it's durty, just whipe the camera wuth your finger, you see better at night and you can't get blinded by these Model Ys headlights

@@achaz_ just googled the ioniq 5 and yeah those look better but the camera extends soo much as if you already had big mirros. Either way peoples wallet will decite their fate.

Nice to see that it goes over 200 km/h because most EVs today have a top speed of 180-200 km/h and have over 500 hp.

The power is apparently indicated in wheel horsepower, because it is very fast for 600 hp. and such weight. мощность видимо указана в колёсных силах , потому что это очень быстро для 600 л.с. и такого веса.

No, just 600 electric motor hp is not equal the same ice figure as the electric motor is almost constantly delivering this amount while the ice does in only a narrow max prm range. That is why if even the figures seems the same on paper but in really the electric motor will be much more powerful in real life applications

I am not yet convinced about purchasing an electric vehicle at this time. The extended charging duration, comparable to that of a mobile phone, presents a significant inconvenience for me.

I did range test myself I managed 510KM of range across 2 days of usage

doesnt drop off that much at the top end

@@luciussander8217the RS6 is slow and heavy, in this case I’d really prefer the EV. Until you tuned it up to 1000hp at least - it’s a no-go. Go buy a Mac 720s and do a stage 2 to it at least - then you may claim something against the EVs

Hey man lotus vs Audi is funny because lotus beat many categories EV like eletre R beat the Porsche EV so lotus make big steps far vs any fake EV like any model 3 or y beat them much better quality no noise no spin so don't miss with lotus and geely serious company.

When measuring from 100 to 200 km/h, it is better to press the accelerator at 60-70 km/h☺️

I think this car is killing Lotus (In my opinion) Why? Lotus is Light, this is heavy Lotus is fun sports car, heavy electric tank... Yes he can help financially Lotus but not an SUV I have a diarrhea after that The video is great no problem ^^

I thought so as well when I first heard about the car, but after driving it I think this move is one of Lotus best lately. The car has an incredible quality and design in its details and still handles sporty and therefore feels a bit like the Lotus from the past. Also the turning heads factor is still there and will be even bigger with the Emeya. If Lotus gets new customers with this to earn money and still continue cars like the Emira then I am totally fine with it. I was stunned how Lotus could make this car directly competing with Porsche & Lamborghini in terms of quality and ride capabilities.

Not making this car would kill lotus because they need money to survive... and the only get money with this car, not the small and light sports cars.

U got 2 accelerations and waste 4% battary - it's not effective

Wirkt unterbewusst wie eine Kreuzung aus Urus und Cayenne mit eigenständigen Designelementen. Die Seitenspiegel als Kameras, naja, Technikgimmick aber optischer Fail.

How much of this is really made by Lotus? Looks like another Chinese "Luxury" electric car that will catch fire in a year.

Could be any EV sludge if you took the badge off. Overpriced, overweight, boring chinese product.

I kinda disagree. It’s not that expensive considering the class of Lamborghini Urus & Range Rover it’s in, actually it costs slot less;) It’s also not that heavy weighing not much more than a „non-EV“ SUV of this kind. And it doesn’t feel like some Chinese products of the past, it feels British/German somehow😅

I would argue the driving experience of an urus is much more special and worth the price , as this lotus will likely depreciate horrendously. 2.6 tons is only reasonable by the unreasonable weight of EVs . This thing probably does Sub 2 miles per kwh 😕
