Dear, you are doing very well job for BTK and their residance & you are very positive. It is appreciated. Further, take up the matter with BTK authorities for processing of Lease. I know many peoples want to construct their homes but they are waiting for solving of Lease issue.

Malir Expressways first Phase is not completed yet! If the 2nd Phase will be completed in 2 years that will be a miracle! 1st Phase is just of 8-9 Kms. Rest Second phase will be around 30-35 kms which will be mostly elevated due to population. One side is not opening u r misguiding only phase 1 will be opened till Shah Faisal Colony. Work on 2nd phase is not started yet!

Bhai aap zaberdesti Bahria Town ko promote na karain.Musla door or nazdeek ka nahee hai.2021 may bhee distance yehee tha per mulk ko doobanay ka programm nahee tha.Aab pooray mulk ka kaarobar thup hai or real estate per to khas nazare karam hai.Iss lea malir kissee bhee estate per chahayee woh Baharia Town karachi ho ya DHA city koie faraq nahee paray ga.

Bahria needs people to shift and live now. Investment adjusts as per people preferences. True unecessary investment hype is wrong and risky.
