    Are 18 lacs development charges on 37 lac plot justified? Some developers in connivance with Sindh government are doing this in Karachi. Although, 37 lac rupees plot is not selling for 33 lacs. The developer is forcing the buyers to pay the development charges otherwise, you will not get the possession of the plot.

    Yaar property or any commodity rises only due to investors and there is nothing bad for economy. Yes plots may become stagnant but construction prices going higher and higher and with low prices no one going to construct high end housing societies

    Sir please also make a video on new system in Pakistan. Developers offer 25-30% down payment and get possession of the completed house, then pay rest of the amount in installments residing inside that house.
