Just found your channel. I got my black lab duck dog in oct 2020… his name is also clutch! I thought I was original. 😂

Just got our black lab pup yesterday. He’s a rescue, about12 weeks old. We called him Cooper. I look forward to following your videos….thank you 🌸

Now I like quite a few names. Here are some of them. Ace Scout Timber Trigger Trap Ike Moose Duke Tracker and Clondike. I think this is awesome that you are letting your fans name your new puppy. This is the first time I have got to play a part in making a dog. I love your videos and thanks for making great content.

“Bear”- actually spent a lot of my childhood in central New York about an hour away from where this guy came from! Lots of Black Bears in that country and you see lots of babies. He looks just like a little black bear! Sounds like one too at about 3:50 lol. Super cute guys! Congrats!

Having trained up our 8 month old chocolate lab through your program, we had to put her down unfortunately. We’ve never lost a puppy before and she was a dream dog. Now we have our late puppies sister who is a black lab and she is 12 weeks old as of today. We are training her again with your system and are making great progress. Cherish your dog.

I got my Chocolate Lab last night, she slept with me. She got up at 3:40am, went out. Fell asleep and woke up at 7. She hasn’t had an accident in the house yet. What a joy she is. I named her Araya.

I generally don't recommend dog names for people, but I am going to make an exception. I have 2 suggestions. 1) Bourbon. 2) You have a Thunder how about a Lightning?

My 8 week old lab puppy was doing great with the clicker for 2 sessions. On the third session, she hears the clicker and spits the food out. How do I fix this?

Have the best dog named Koe. Used all your training methods everyone always compliments his training. Just got a “finished” gsp. She’s not finished at all. A little frustrated and she is one year so is there a way you can make a video of an adult dog training video? She is great just knows nothing. Thanks a lot again.

There are not many black ducks - so Runner or Eider (but then you cannot use the command "Down" or you have an eiderdown). Eider drakes do tend to be lone ducks once they are finished breeding. There is a Cayuga duck but that might soudn too much like cougar)

How about Ruger? Love the videos! We have a yellow lab puppy coming in September and these have helped us a lot. Gonna have to go back through and rewatch them then too!

Our dog's name is Whiskey--feel free to use it. Or, Bulleit (you can use the traditional spelling if you don't want to name him after the bourbon). You could always name him after the grandfather of the Bourbon industry--Booker. Then, when he does something bad you could use his full name---Booker Noe

This is an ad on to my previous coment: some more names are Ash, Wood, and Lake.

How about Doc, Quin, Brix or Blitz. Easy short one syllable has always worked well with our dogs. Also a name that is not similar to any of the commands he will be trained to!

We had a chocolate named Quinn, we lost her at 13. We still have her son Beau who is 12.

If my 2+ yr. old black lab is any indication of what thispup will be, the the name "Brat" will be a good one!

Jet, Onyx, Caviar, Pepper, Midnight, Ebony, Loki, Gus (you said he's a good eater, like Gus -Burton Guster- from Psych), George (because he seems 'curious').

I think Hugo would be a great name because it means 'intellect'. This would be awesome for an intelligent Labrador. Some other nice names would be Onyx, Ash, and Axel.

What can I use for (clicker) training if I am raw feeding? Puppy is moving in the end of May.

I would look into getting something like 100% fish skin treats, dried sprats or similar.

Bolt as in Lightening Bolt to go with Thunder and Calm Before the Storm “Zephyr”
