Basically, i think it's themed after the novel by Herman Hesse (writer of SIDDHARTHA) called Damien, a man finds himself breaking through the shell and security of youth and innocence, and finds the world as a corrupt place. He meets a mentor- the Fallen Angel Damien, basically the devil who will guide him through life. In the beginning of video, if you noticed, only V was wearing pajamas and robe (w/c means he's different from them) while the others were not, but they were holding things that represents childhood. Jin is the man going through chaos and evil, Jungkook is supposed to represent represent his innocence, I think. They play on symbolism a lot.. I read the novel when I was in high school so I got the reference when the "Pianist" entered the story. It's good. Check it out.

Love this era so much no matter how much I was attacked by it especially by Jimin😩😍 This is definitely him and Hobi’s era even tho they all slayed this era!!!

There's too much to explain about this music video, so I'm just gonna say you have a better reaction than when I first saw it. I didn't know who BTS were then, and I thought they were being pretentious and artsy. Boy, was I ignorant. It's a deep message connected to their other music videos about growing up, but this one focuses on temptation I think. V is the devil tempting Jin and everyone else is blind (hence covering their eyes, drinking and smoking... though J-Hope shoots an arrow at V so he's aware...).

this is probably one of the biggest most theorized mvs that actually are linked to other mvs and the story is so big and deep, no one's actually gotten really close to the actual story (though RM said one fan was really really close but even then, we haven't gotten it)

PLEASE REACT TO SEVENTEEN OR NCT!!! seventeen are a self-producing (kind of rookie?) group who also self-choreograph!! their songs are bops and they just recently had their comeback and it was so good!! nct are a group under sm with infinite members,,their concept is kinda confusing but if u look into it it'll make sense,,they're split into 3 sub-units; nct 127, nct-u (who aren't active anymore) and nct dream! many members are part of at least 2 units!! 127 are korea-based and they have more edgy, hip-hop tracks, nct-u have a rnb thing going on, and dream is more bubblegum pop since the members are really young!! i hope u can react to these amazing groups soon!!
