Love the mini appliance cupboard! It's like the toaster is "out" but not! Still fiddling without our kitchen arrangement to clear stuff off the counter... definitely don't have all that lovely space that you have! Lucky! :)

I love love love your kitchen!!! I'm grateful we have a pantry bc we have a very small home and most wouldn't but I'm constantly going from one end of the kitchen to the other, to the pantry and then the fridge...so I love how your pantry surrounds your fridge! Everything is gorgeous but also practical for using your kitchen efficiently!

Just FYI; I had similar tension spring dividers from BBB and they destroyed my kitchen drawers in 3 years or so ( probably due to the constant pressure to the walls)not using them anymore; but your kitchen is awesome

I loved seeing how you organized everything! My husband and I are hoping to remodel our kitchen next year. I really want white cabinets, but I'm afraid the paint will chip too easily. My in laws had their kitchen remodeled. They painted their cabinets gray and in less than a year they've had a lot of paint chip off. Have you experienced this problem or do you have a way to keep it from happening? Thanks!

how much space is between your island and your main counter? in the process of building and we have 3.5 feet and just wondering if thats similar to what you have? also you should do vids on the regular! love this!

What's the width of the dish drawers? Looks like 36"...is that right? Do you think you could get away with a 24" dish drawer if it was nice and deep?

Yes, the dish drawers are 36" but really any width could work depending on your stash of plates. Most cabinets are a standard 24" depth, so it might be worth making sure you get full-extension drawers so you can take advantage of all of the space.

What is the height of your island, and is it the same as the counters?

The extra deep island countertop makes it just about an inch taller than the rest of the counters, but it's nothing detectable when you're actually using the kitchen.
