Kate does whimsy so well! 🐸 are my spirit animal, but the only item from that collection I really like is the purse charm. Would definitely add it to another light green or pink bag.

Hey Scott, How are you today? Looks like you enjoyed filming this. Love that cartoon frog 🐸 at the very beginning. I really like the elegant bags like the knot bag. Mmm, I don’t like cross grain leather also, Epson is better and has less coating on it. I like flowers. 🌸 🌺 Probably wouldn’t buy one as well. The mini is elegant for sure. I like Kate Spade. Some stuff feels too youthful for me personally, mainly the things that feel like Betsey Johnson. Other stuff reminds me of Judith Leiber and I'm into it, just a couple of pieces here and there. I did buy the gingerbread house last year as well and I'm still obsessed with it!

Doing better? Love your green boots!! Liking the pale green Knott tote but thinking it may not look so good after a few wears and would be difficult to clean. In US, Kate Spade is having 30% off Presidents Day sale. Bought a couple of things - would have been rude not to participate don’t you think?

Why are wallets so damn $$$? You can sometimes buy a purse on sale for 1/3 of what a matching wallet costs. And why can't they make larger wallets to match the bigger purses or totes? I just bought a Coach tote & the only style of wallet they had to match it was a small bifold. Who uses those on a daily basis? I only use those in small bags meant for nite outs, events, etc. Sorry to rant, but this has been on my mind as I'm buying totes, hobos or shoulder bags that are large enough to use for work, etc. then struggling to find a matching large wallets.

Two quotes from Purse Forum: “The actual handwork that goes into each wallet is phenomenal and they are much harder to work with than bags. Its small size leaves little room for error, and a lot of material is actually needed for each (especially if they are completely lined as well). That is why they are so darn expensive.” “Psychologically, the general customer sees a "small" piece of leather vs. a large piece of leather and can't justify spending more but if you understand the detailed work, and how much harder it is to work with, then it makes it a bit easier to justify.”
