Because JCB Fastrac 8290 and JCB Fastrac 8330 have 2 range continuously variable transmission (CVT) with 6 modes of operation. Look at 0:57 .

I also know it´s a Krone but they haven´t any informations at their hompage and it isn´t availible in Germany. Perhaps its only for other countries!

nice, disk brakes on a tractor...i want to see this tracktor using those brakes after getting stuck in mud, nice brakes for cars not for tractors, if you get dirt on the brake you are fucked up

It's normal to have disk brakes or wet disk brakes on a tractor. It is not a bicycle.

JCB have used outboard disc brakes for decades without any problems.

Erica Hartmann there is a litlle cleaning system on the brakes that wipes away dirt and grime while fluid like water my affect braking by under 5 percent since pressure on the nrake disc is high enough to stop nearly in every situation......now the great plus is that you dont get brake fade wich would would limit its downhill ability and may endanger even more than drum brakes while vovered disc brakes would be bigger also heat up quickly
