Simple and quick cake with fine pudding cream and strawberries! You have to eat such a tender cake! The cake is so tender, it melts in your mouth. It is the best no-bake strawberry cake recipe. Everyone will be amazed at this fine dessert. A very tasty recipe. Cake in 15 minutes. Very tasty, a cake for every day!
Ingredients/Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
Ladyfingers 150 - 200 g (approx. 20 pieces)
1 orange
2 egg yolks
50 g cornstarch (2/5 cup)
1 tablespoon rum (optional)
500 ml milk (a little less than 2 cups)
Add 50g sugar. (1/4 cup)
1 pack of vanilla sugar (8 g = 2 teaspoons)
200 g crème fraîche (or cream cheese) 4/5 cup
3 sheets of gelatin (5 g)
For the strawberry orange cake icing:
2 sheets of gelatin (4 g)
200 g strawberries (1 cup)
2 tablespoons sugar
100 ml orange juice (2/5 cup)
It's best to put it in the fridge overnight.
The cake tastes incredibly delicious!
