Ingredients/Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
120 g butter (soft) (1/2 cup)
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
1 egg yolk

40 g cornstarch (1/3 cup)
180 °C (356 °F) top and bottom heat for 55 minutes
