This looks like such a fun experience!! I could definitely spend the whole day there and not get bored. Also, you cheering at quidditch and just casually waving at death eaters at dementors had me cracking up 🤣🤣

I just went to the Harry Potter Warner Brothers Studio tour in London. The one in Japan is more interactive- the painting, quidditch match, making potions.

They have Noble items there like the Firebolt and stuff but definitely not everything!

Ah I wanna go there. The place looks great, the only downside is that as a Ravenclaw, how I wish the merchandises for Ravenclaws are actually based on the book with eagle mascot instead of movie version of Ravenclaw. Otherwise, a must visit place for Potterheads!

Can you visit the restaurants and store without the tour? Or do you have to purchase a ticket?

To shop some stuff there, should we pay the ticket first? Or we can buy some stuff without buy the entrance ticket?

Any possible way to view the mechandise? If you are there the next time, if you wont mind to take us through the merchandise section 😊😊😊

Ahh I don't think there is. I'll be going back in 2 weeks so I can try film more then!

I do have questions. It's about the Lucky Bags that you did months ago. You mentioned that it is only buyable on the New Year. Western or Chinese New Year? Do you suggest we learn a bit of Japanese first before touring Japan? Thank you!

They should! All the staff speak really good English

PS: The butterbeer in London was so awful the whole place was full of pretty much full cups people left behind because it was so bad. We couldn't finish ours either. It's pretty much a very sweet soda with cream in it. Would be really nice if it was more like ginger ale..

It’s different! USJ kind of gives you the feeling that you’re in Hogwarts but this has sets/behind the scenes so kind of like a museum? It is more interactive than the London one I think

Parts of it look identical to the London tour, then you turned the camera and the surrounding areas are totally different! It feels so weird coz I'm so familiar with the London one. I'll definitely be visiting next time I'm in Tokyo as the new sections look fun! ⚡ Thanks Kim.

Yeah! Some of the sets were the same as the London tour but I felt it was very different, much bigger than I expected!

I was at the London tour 9 years ago and they did have the Ministry of Magic (I don't think you could stand in the fire though) but I don't remember the library or being able to sit down there, I don't think the moving staircase was there, definitely not the paintings you could appear in, you couldn't go into the Dursleys' house, I think they were building the Quidditch pitch back then and the Tokyo tour seems to be much more interactive too.

Ahh I went 5 years ago to the London tour and you could go into the Dursley's house. They had the flying letters in there too!

How much will a cape cost there?

This looks more impressive than what they have at universal studios

It looks like the one in the UK. I live in London and I went 4 times and it looks incredibly similar but some things are a bit different and I can see that there are some extra sets in the one in Tokyo. I am wondering if they recreated one that looks similar to the one in London and what is the difference between the two 😮 I believe that for the one in London they used the original items from the sets they made when filming but this looks the same .

It’s similar! I went to the London one a few years ago and some sets are the same (great hall, diagon alley, hogwarts express, Harry’s house) but there are different ones too. I remember the London one having chamber of secrets and gringotts, they didn’t have that in Tokyo. I believe the London one did use original items, so I think they got the post popular sets and recreated them for Tokyo

How crowded was it? Will I be able to enjoy with less crowds if I booked a tour on July 17?

I went before it opened to the public so that’s why it was very quiet in the video. I am going early July so I’ll vlog it on my second channel but I believe it will be much busier

thanks for video. 2 question. if my ticket write 1030am, does this mean the time the tour starts or does that mean the time i enter the place? ie, what can i do before 1030, anything to eat or shop? 2. the wand, are they interactive wand same as the one use in usj??

You can enter from 10.30am and you can stay as long as you want. They say most people spend around 4 hours. There is a shop and cafe/food hall you can go to before you enter the tour. The wand is not interactive unfortunately

London has the original sets, Japan has the replicas. I’ve been to the one in London which for me personally was a once in a lifetime experience you just have to see it. Going to the one in Japan in october and hoping it’s just as amazing 😊

They’re both different. Both have the popular sets like great hall, platform 93/4 etc. London I remember had some sets Tokyo didn’t have and vice versa. If you are a big Harry Potter fan I can still recommend both. The Tokyo one is more interactive but they were both enjoyable
