Does or will Queen creek have any "upper-end" home developments? $1m+....never see any videos on the upper-end?

There definitely is upper end homes, but the majority isn't looking for a million plus.

We have heard wonderful things... moving from $3m Scottsdale and wanting to down size however still want gategarded neighborhood with fine dining etc.

@@johnbell2063 I didn't say that, there's definitely alot of very nice homes. I was only saying his videos are probably hitting the majority. I know between east mesa in eastmark which is gated and queen creek there are definitely options. But the fine dining situation or nicer restaurants is definitely something I wish we had more of

@johnbell2063 Check out my videos on Bridle Ranch and Caleda. Both are luxury Toll Brothers Communities that have $1 million and up homes. The Pecans is also a very prestigious neighborhood with homes that can approach $5 million.
