    Again, RA hits it out of the ball park. I prefer their one floor plan. The only bugaboo is the straight shot stairway. This one lives like a one floor. BTW, do you get paid more if I watch the ads all the way through? If so, I'll watch them all the way through. You don't know any good backyard designers who can critique my plan?

    Great question. For the past year or so, Richmond American Homes was trying to get ahead of the interest rates. By having homes that are ready to close/move-in within 3-4 months allows them to have affordable rate buy downs or rate locks versus building from dirt which makes your rate locks or rate buy downs very expensive.
