@@AlanHuiRealty yes I’m living in brand new ovation properties right now renting till February and then I’m waiting for the market to shift President Trump to come in and change things up. Hopefully things will be more affordable then.

The Martin is very similar to the Panorama Towers. In my opinion it's a bit more quiet compared to the Panorama Towers and slightly newer.
No window in bedroom 2?

There is no window as bedroom 2 is an interior bedroom.
Without a window, it is not a bedroom. To advertise it as such is unethical. It is a 1-bedroom unit with an additional windowless room. That is why the unit is allotted only one parking space. 🚩

I understand what is considered a bedroom. The Martin has these 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units - one of which does not have windows. Please feel free to check the Clark County Assessor's Office (public records) as even the city of Las Vegas has verified all these 1,111 sqft. units to have "2 Bedrooms" - even without the window. The Martin has been around since 2007 and many of these 2 bedroom units have been sold multiple times. Many appraisals were done over the past 17 years and these units remain as "2 bedrooms".
