Yes! I love this plan for that reason. LOTS of space in a 55+ is fantastic and Esplanade is one of my favorites for sure!

Well, this video was shot a while back and there were new homes available then. They are strictly resale now, but the community is HUGE so they did sell their last new construction in this neighborhood just a little while ago.
