That's a nice house, feels like home. I liked your camera work. Gives a good sense of direction. Also, cleverly avoiding all the mirrors despite the house having so many. Couldn't figure out the drive-way to the garage. Would have been wonderful to see the house from all 4 sides, as a walkaround, if there was any. A couple of drone shots could have been fantastic. Thanks for the tour & wishing you all the very best~! Love from India. :)

I want to live in such a spacious house once. The house is incredibly large, so it's amazing.

There should be a sink in the laundry room. This patio should have a built in grill station.

I'm not a fan of all that green but the design itself looks modern yet cosy. Some modern day house designs look like its more for aesthetics and tend to make the house feel more cold and not as comfortable to live in but this one is nice. I wouldn't mind something like this but smaller since I wouldn't need as many bedrooms and bathrooms. But the kitchen is nice and that's one of the main things I look for nowadays

awesome house tour! The only thing that I don't understand about certain house layouts are the bedrooms placed at the front of the house by the door. I would be too worried, but I am sure you can use it for some other space!

Property tax in Texas is ridiculous! This house tax at least around $25,000 per year, only take 4 years to wipe out the entire $100,000 for the insane property tax.

In a few months that house gone be on the market for 450k

@trimeek euqehart Unlikely. People have discovered the Cypress area unfortunately. The schools are the best in the state and that alone are bringing people into this area. I get calls for me to sell my home almost daily. I’ve been in Cypress when there were one way streets everywhere and stop lights you can count on one hand.

@@annferguson3113 the price is not for the area. It's for the house itself. People aren't buying, the market is crashing. People will lower there prices just to sell the house. Few more weeks and it's golden time.

We have folks from out of state driving sales in Bridgeland (the house under discussion is sitting) and Towne Lake, hell the whole of Cypress…out of state plates are everywhere. Guess what happens when people can’t find the house they want in those two new master plan communities? They’re visiting older neighborhoods. And when you have realtors roving door to door in more established subdivisions like mine, that should tell you something. The Houston and the surrounding areas aren’t suffering from a real estate bubble the size of Austin or Dallas. When a correction is made, and it will happen, it won’t be as drastic as you make that house price drop to be. Do you live in the area?

So beautiful ! I love the kitchen and the out door. I didn’t like that there is no privacy because of the kind of fence the have . In Canada that house is triple the price… I wish I can move there .

Staying in Illinois using section eight home has bought me to a smile but telling the United States wall unit remote is getting boring getting ready for a loan I bought a truck full of people I needed work done on my toilet spill and wild and crazy went to tv
