I personally, am a Queen Victoria, Colonial style gal. Though the house is, without a doubt, beautiful! It is not my taste. But your reasoning for this BIG purchase is so SANE, PRACTICAL and SMART, who can argue?! I'm super excited to see what you create in your space! You are blessed to options! I continue to be inspired by you to work hard to see my dreams come true. But right now, with 5 mouths to feed in our family, my only options are if I can buy extra eggs and bread for the week 😅 I will keep working and keep watching! Thank you for sharing. Good morning Christina & Ryan, congratulations on your new beautiful home. I love the fact that it is sitting high, no flooding gardens or home! The previous heritage home was lovely, very lovely, but it felt like you could not spread your wings, now just walk outside and breathe that wonderful air and yes, you can almost do a windmill motion with your arms. I am sure you and Ryan and the dogs are going to be very happy in your new home, I just thought, it would be lovely at night with all the night lights on, yup, you made a wise decision. Have to mention that beautiful eagle sitting in the top of the tree, oh my, could you ask for more? First and foremost have a good something to eat, a wonderful hot bath/shower and off to bed, ready for tomorrow and the next day. Thank you so much for sharing with us, your financial outlook is very wise, i agree life has become very expensive, but living wisely, we can manage much. Enjoy, many blessings, kind regards, Elize

I don't know how I've missed your videos. I've seen your recent ones and had to go back to where you moved. I loved the Heritage House and will miss seeing it along with the views. We moved into a new home 38 yrs ago and have never regretted it. No repairs when we were poor and paid off in time to build a vacation home which we used for 20 yrs and now a short term rental to finish paying it off.
