been planning my retirement home in baybay leyte and have had no luck with engineers to design with metalyte type construction. they say it wont be strong enough to support a roof (200sqm house 12x15 m) i tell them we build multistory apartments out of it and move on to someone else ..they just want to design what they are used to .hollow block . metal studs are new to the area and i could build myself if there were a good supply ...the biggest thing would be a good insulation material like rockwool boards for the walls and attic . I enjoy your videos and it looks like you know wtf you are talking about ...that always helps

Hey, I had a big day today with Metalyte execs and my architect who all made a site visit today. Metalyte said they had heard from you, which was cool. They floated the idea of using a remotely located architect to make a design, then they could create a proposal for you. Just thinking this may be an option for you. I'll be posting the video from the site visit this week...👍🏼

I hope so. Really wanted to start a few months ago but waiting on dnr to confirm our boundaries. At the moment we have 3 different boundaries 🫢. Land size doesn’t change.. just need them to tell us which one to use.
