I've personally been working really hard to form better habits that would improve my life. Over the years, I've tried new things. Figured out what worked for me, and practiced self-discipline to keep the habits in place over time. I'm far from perfect, as a matter of fact. I still work on improving my habits on a daily basis. And though I don't see the effects of the habit change immediately. As time passes I notice the improvement it has had on my life.
I've come to notice the habits that have seemed to stick in my life. Not only stick, but made noticeable changes to the way I think, react, and my overall mood daily. Not all habits I've tried have worked for me and all the ones that have worked for me, may not work for you. And that's ok. Forming new habits is all about forming habits that work for your life. In this video, I break down the habits that have affected me the most and why. Maybe you will find a habit that fits you too!

    This is so true I noticed when I changed a few small bad habits it made a huge difference !! ( you look fabulous)
