There's a blue check box in the trader window for auto filling items/cash. Check that box.

Like the other guy said, there's a blue tick next to the buy/sell tabs that toggles auto filling the required money. Few friends had the same issue.

I struggled with the minute of fame quest because it spawned in a different spot, in front of the shelf by the movie room, be aware there are 6 spawn points in that area. Im on pve and 2 usec spawned in front of it, and i also accidentally attracted killa, and hauled out massive loot on top of the quest lmao
