A great choice of song! I also enjoyed his story arc in the Raimi Films, and also his mental decay due to an addiction in Specacular Spiderman. A great video! They understand very well the difficulty of videos that include many different villains, and i'm also familiar with the loss of materials. Good job! I'm sure it will be great!

Great video for Harry Osborne! my personal fav is Franco's Harry. Love the arc he had through the trilogy. I do remember liking how Harry in the animated series broke down mentally from all the Goblin stuff. Overall loved your series of tributes for the Spider-Man franchise and I'm looking forward to your special and all the characters you have in it.

Peter Parker. Best Hero. Norman Osborn. Best Villain. Otto Octavius. Famous Villain. Flint Marko. Tragic villain. Eddie Brock. Vicious villain. Harry Osborn. Best Character in the whole Sam Raimi trilogy.

Honestly Harry does not get enough credit as GG. True he was no where near as intelligent as Norman, but he was just as dangerous and he did have one victory over Peter. He was the one responsible for the creation of the androids based on Peter's parents and left a message for Peter saying Gotcha over and over. This was after his death but still, the moment Peter broke down after he found out was tragic at the time. Only version of Harry I liked was the version from SSM. He was a prick but after seeing his relationship with Norman, I can understand why he acted the way he did. The song fit the scenes very well and transitions was good. I look forward to your sub special.

I often forget that Harry was behind that android parents stuff. While it is an impressive feat, I sometimes wish they didn’t make Harry behind it as it makes his death seem a bit less tragic and they could have easily said that Chameleon was working alone tbh. It is still probably his biggest accomplishment against Peter though. The Spectacular Spider-Man version of Harry is probably the most tragic because that version of Norman is the most abusive. And thank you.

Amazing song choice and tribute, I always liked Harry Osborne the most in the spectacular spiderman series because his story felt realistic and it was intriguing.

Thanks! Yeah, working with many different versions of a character is kinda difficult but at the same time very satisfying when you’re actually done with it.

Part of me has always wished that Marvel would find a way to add New Goblin from Spider-Man 3 into the comics. He's cool, he's interesting, he's got awesome gear, and he's got his own identity instead of being a straight up Green Goblin copy. The closest we ever got to that was in the opening scene of Spider-Man Friend or Foe when he shows up to help Spider-Man, which is all manner of cool. Still, the thing that bugged me most about that game was that they made New Goblin's play style the same as Green Goblin's. Yeah, they have the same powers and tech, but they could have done something different. They could have made New Goblin's play style a fusion of Blade's and Green Goblin's. New Goblin has that sick green sword, those blades on his gauntlet, and that awesome Sky Stick glider. I'm sure that they could have found some way to work those in, especially in his Hero Strike with Spider-Man. They could have even given him some other classic Goblin tech, like those blast gloves, or those gas bombs.

Norman will always be Goblin to me, but I really like Harry too, just wish they'd keep him dead in comics, since it gives a character some development like in Raimi trilogy. I remember the only villains' sons i love are Alistair Smythe and Helmut Zemo. I know you prefer fathers over their sons, like Norman and Obadiah Stane, but that's just my opinion, i think Alistair and Helmut surpassed their fathers. As for tribute, all i can is WELL DONE AS ALWAYS, you definitely have a great choice of songs when it comes to tributes. Hope you continue making such cool tributes again and again.

Goblins here, Goblins there, a Goblin like him and all that be there. Okay that was a weird intro (hmm), anyways huh what can I say about the Harry that I haven´t said before.......well don´t really need to since you kinda summed up my thoughts on him aswell. I mean I would like Harry from the comics I really would, but considering the Goblin crase as I like to call it that followed after Hobgoblin was introduced I really didn´t care about the other Green Goblins, counting Harry aswell, I mean how many Goblins were in the comics again before Norman was revived in the comics, think like 9 or so. As for Harry outside of the comics, yeah besides the one from the Raimi trilogy there really wasn´t anything used with the character, heck in tas it´s just Harry having Norman as a somewhat third persona in his head, spectacular was.....alright I guess. And than we have the gremlin thing from Amazing Spiderman......let´s....let´s just not talk about that one, sounds good, good. And yeah the fact that they keap turning him into Venom or Hobgoblin makes no sense whatsoever, more when they turn him into Venom as I can kinda get behind him turning into Hobgoblin considering it was that way in the ultimate universe.........I just said something good about the ultimate universe........my God I need to reread some comics soon. Oh my will it already be one year till your next video, man time flies bi someone nowadays, doesn´t mean I´m looking forward to it. Great job.

I don’t really care about Harry in the comics either although that’s honestly because people tend to talk about his stories like they’re masterpieces and I just find to be decent. That and he’s actually not really been the Green Goblin that much in the comics so I don’t get why some people say he’s a better villain than Norman. I actually didn’t realize there was a goblin craze because I can barely remember anything about the other Green Goblins besides Norman and Harry, although I thought Phil Urich was at least unique for being a hero. Yeah I actually forgot that Harry was Hobgoblin in the Ultimate comics, since it was just another Hulk-Goblin I’m kinda meh on that. I do kinda like the idea of Norman killing him accidentally though, it seems kinda poetic to me especially for that version of him. Yep time sure flies, I still remember when it was almost time for your one year special as well as Cr0me’s. Good times

"Enemy" by Fozzy is a perfect fit for New Goblin (Harry Osborn). Don't you agree with me?

Good tribute! I honestly always thought Harry was a great Goblin. While I still and always prefer Norman, Harry is the second best GG and was a great successor (although yes, he can be a bit whiny). His character arc in the Raimi Trilogy was amazing and is probably the best adaptation of Harry Osborn in my opinion. I'm very interested in the 1 Year Special video coming. That's.. All i have to say, i guess.

I would be more worried for Norman too as he's the one who would actually become the Green Goblin unless they copy TASM2 and skip him in favor of Harry.

You think Sony would use him in TASM 2 but, the opposite happen sadly. We might have to wait for years hell, decades until we get Norman as Green Goblin in live-action again.

@@entertainmenttime6822 Yeah I really don't get why Sony did that especially given how we had just seen a Harry GG two Spider-Man movies ago. Yep, it will be a really long time before we get to see another live-action Norman as the MCU says they want to use Spider-Man villains who haven't been in a movie yet. I can honestly completely understand that but it's still a bit frustrating.

Harry Osborn / New Goblin

I agree turning Harry into Venom was a major slap in the face. I think Peter turning into Carnage is even more frustrating. Pretty much the only good things from the show were the animation style and the relationship between Peter and Kaine/Scarlet Spider although I've never seen the full show

Yeah, I don’t really like that show much either (although the show does try to use a more traditional Carnage later on). The main thing I did like about it were some of the villains like Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, Lizard etc.

Peter turning into Carnage was justified better in The Game where it was the last piece of The Suit Eddie needed to "tame" it and gain control over it so he didn`t need to constantly feed it civilians to keep it from sucking his life energy from the inside out anymore.

I'd like to disagree with the caption and say that Harry has even more of a character than Norman does and that his character of the Green Goblin takes it to a whole new level. Especially the when it came to the Raimi films.

So, i saw the X-Factor episode from Iron Man: Armored Adventures and i loved it! The episode surprisingly has a message i don't think today shows talk about much. Segregation. Tbh, i really wish more people would watch the show because it isn't a bad show. Although, i can understand that a teenage Tony Stark is weird and might cause people to be disinterested but, the show still has some good writing in my opinion. P.S. This has me excited to maybe start reading the X-Men.

For these videos I just try to include all the major versions of the character and the Amazing Spider-Man 2 version of Harry certainly counts. Yes, I don’t like it very much either although I don’t really think it was really Dane’s fault tbh.

I don’t think I really want to use that song for Parasite. As for Dark Phoenix I understand that choosing what scenes to use can be challenging. You don’t have to do it if you want but if you do it’s honestly up to you what scenes to use.

I agree. I prefer Norman over Harry by a large margin. I always found Harry to be more of a "B" Goblin compared to Norman but the Spidey 3 version of him was probably the best. In a lot of his other appearances he tends to be a nothing character to me. TASM2 I had no idea what they were doing with.

@civilwarfare101 It feels like Sony forced Harry in there to get the character over with. It would've made sense if Harry was attending Midtown in the first movie so, the friendship is established but, they didn't (maybe because they thought it was repeating the Raimi series). Then Harry just shows up in this one with no friendship established and just says he's been Parker's best friend. I don't know, there was a lot of weird stuff going on in those movies that came out of nowhere.

@civilwarfare101 Spider-Man 3 i've always thought was a underrated Movie. I know, Raimi thinks he fail with this movie but, i don't. I think he still did a good job and there's still a lot of great scenes in this movie. Birth of Sandman, Both Harry Vs Peter fights, Peter bonding with the Symbiote, Peter unbonding with the Symbiote, The final fight, The Ending, etc.

Have you seen the new Miles Morales Trailer? In my opinion, it's alright so far. The gameplay is probably the best thing that they've showed so far.
