Hello Joseph, editing is possible if not yet submitted to ntsa for approval. But if you have submitted with error ntsa will decline it and you can redo. You don't pay twice in the event that you have to redo. I hope this helps, Thank you for watching.

Hello as for me, i have tried but the system keeps telling me "There is already a pending application in progress. Please use the relevant View Pending transaction." but I have never done any application for new plates!

Hello DK, this happens often. Go to your vehicles and scroll to the right and check the status. It should read complete if there's no pending action. Check then get back I'll guide you.

@brendakarimi Hello Brenda, it is highly likely that ntsa didn't complete a process on their end in the system; This happens very often especially during transfer of log books. I applied successfully applied for the new generation number plate and got a confirmation sometimes in March. UpTo now, I've visited ntsa office in upper hill which was my collection place without success. What's your advice ?

Hello, pending applications are big issue at ntsa; the only solution by the books is constant follow up, aside from that you might end up paying an extra amount for facilitation off the books. Thank you for watching and for the support.
