Yes. Exactly. I have experienced it especially with the quint "Grand Bal". Left bottom shade does not look that great on my lids 🙁

The 469 palette is definitely the one for you… very flattering and everything goes well with your sweater color and jewelry as well. Good thing I saw your video as I already had the silvery themed one in the cart haha…. Now will get the 469 definitely… Thanks for the timely video!

They are beautiful quints! I feel like I would want the silver one but I also feel like I could get that look from Natasha denonas glam palette. You’re paying for the dior experience and gorgeous embossing, which I’m still considering

Thanks for the quick turnaround video. I was initially going to buy the one with the silver shade but then I started to think 🤔 would I be interested if it didn’t have beautiful embossing? The answer is no. I have a lot of Dior quints and without the embodiment the shades aren’t quite as exciting.

Like the 469 palette for you. Was not interested on these palettes until I saw your review on the eye shadows. The 469 palette has my colors that I like so I will check it out.

Hi Gracie! I actually skipped on both palette and the blush yesterday. I did order the lipstick in 076 Taupe Ispaha. This will be my first Dior lipstick. I have a couple of eyeshadow palettes and a few blushes from them already. Can't wait to see how it compares to my trusty Chanel lippies! Nice comparison video 😀❤

Yo have beautiful eyes (as is your whole face). My mind changed as well, I liked the golden ish palette much more after seeing you put both on your stunning eyes.

PS: I ordered one of the lipsticks in a neutral beautiful color, from the collection, called 074 Rose D Hiver- from the swatch, it look like the perfect shade for me! First, thank you for nabbing these so quickly and for giving them a whirl. They look perfectly lovely on you and I particularly liked the warmer shades. But from early on in your review, I was wondering if there was something special about them, other than the embossing. I definitely came away with a "no" even before you voiced your hesitation. I have a lot of makeup - probably too much. So if I am bringing in a new neutral palette, I expect all the shades to perform well and for at least one to be really unique or different. Perhaps if this were my first foray into the luxury makeup market, I would purchase one. Since it's not, I think I will leave these for someone else. Also, I have read and several early reviews of the blush and they're not positive. I think I will be leaving that, for sure. I am buying the 29 dollar lipstick/mascara bundle since it's a great deal for 999 and a tube of mascara. I went a little nuts at the recent Sisley sale, at the Saks sale, and in Nordstrom (just yesterday). I think most of this Dior holiday collection won't be coming home with me. I am curious about that Chanel Holiday eyeshadow embossed with 5s, though. I'm hoping you have a lead on it and will be doing some advance testing. Thanks again for this really timely review. I got the lipstick minaudiere set, I saw Cheri Voyage review it and I had a 15% off at Neiman’s so I got it. It seemed too special to pass up.

Your look came out very pretty but I think these are still too muted for me to splurge on them. I wish Dior would do something like the lucky star palette again.
