400 grams of strawberries.
100 grams of sugar.
500ml milk.
4 tbsp cornstarch & some milk.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
300 grams of strawberries.
Pour into the pan and add 50 g of sugar.

Может все То и вкусно, но почему все делают этот десерт с крахмалом, а не с желатином. Это было бы легче по калориям, легче и вкуснее для такого десерта, и в разгар спелой клубники все таки варить ее не обязательно, это больше подходит под зимний десерт. Но нет , все ролики с крахмалом.

Not necessary to pass the fruit through a sieve (unless you have an irrational phobia about seeds). To make this recipe even quicker, just put all the ingredients (strawbs, sugar, milk, cornstarch) into a liquidiser (or use a handheld stick blender in a saucepan) and then do the cooking process as described.

Этот интересный рецепт готовили ещё наши прабабушки . Называется кисель молочный . С ягодами тоже готовили . А Пётр 1 любил гороховый кисель . Тоже мне новинка !

Pour mon petit mari adoré et bien sûr pour moi. Mais aussi pour notre petite fille qui doit venir au mois de juillet en vacances chez nous au bord de la MER, À BARCARÈS dans les Pyrénées orientales. Grâce à vous je pourrais faire d, autres recettes que vous nous montrez, pas trop difficile, tout ce que j, espère c, est de réussir vos recettes, que vous expliquez très bien, heureusement pour moi en français🇫🇷. Je vous dirais si j, ai réussi à faire aussi bien que vous, mais je sais que vous, vous êtes très doué pour toutes vos recettes. Je vous souhaite une très bonne nuit. Je sais que notre petite fille CINDY va apprécier de déguster des nouvelles recettes de cuisine, surtout les déssert qu, elle pourra apprendre avec moi sa MAMIE JOSY. Elle a 12 ans et ce sera beaucoup plus intéressant pour elle d, apprendre comment préparer un très bon déssert, plus tôt que d, être trop longtemps sur son smartphone où tablette, où ordi. You can also put all of this over a baked pie crust of various types. Put a little whipped topping on top. Refrig a little while. Or layer the fruit and fruit puree in glasses as a parfait. Or layer in baked pie crust with whipped topping lots of variations once you have a fruited corn starch pudding. Traditional lemon meringue pie filling is cornstarch and lemon juice and water and a bit of zest just cooked

You sound like me! I also note, in comments, variations on a theme, so to speak. I was wondering if this could be made with, say, blueberries, or layering with different fruit for a multicolored dessert, or adding chopped nuts…
