0:23 Preparation of the cream for the cake:
3 egg yolks. A pinch of vanilla. 40g sugar.
20 g corn starch. 180g milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Cover with stretch film and let cool.
1:23 Preparation of the raspberry filling:
30g starch. 50ml water.
500g raspberries.
Bring to a boil and puree with a blender.
Strain through a sieve.
90g sugar. lemon juice. Strength.
Let the jam cool.
2:55 Preparation of the sponge cake:
4 egg yolks. 25g sugar.
35g vegetable oil. 45g milk.
75g flour. 1/3 teaspoon baking powder.
Gradually add 70g sugar to 4 egg whites.
Add gradually and stir gently from bottom to top.
Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for about 12-15 minutes.
4:44 For waterproofing:
100 ml water. 70g sugar.
Cut the biscuit into 6cm wide strips.
Soak the finished biscuit.
Distribute the raspberry filling evenly.
5:50 Preparation of the cream:
400 g mascarpone or cream cheese.
100 ml cream. 50g powdered sugar.
Mix cheese with cooled vanilla sauce.
Distribute the cream evenly.
6:57 This cake is a joy to put together.
Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.
Decorate as desired.

С чего вы взяли , что такие торты " мало кто печет" ? Пекут , и очень многие. С разными наполнениями и такой сборкой . Рецепты у вас не плохие, но ваше утверждение " пекут не многие" и др . в том же духе, не привлекают. Удачи вам.

Очень не понятный крем, написано 400 гр маскарпоне, или сливочного сыра, 100 граммов крема и сахар, а что наливает из кружки, может быть сливки а не 100гр крема? Потом добавить уже готовый, остывший крем, который варила. Кто скажет 🤷♂️
Конечно мало кто печётся такое. Торт неудачный. Бисквит резиновый. Крем как кисель.
