Viewing from the caribbean beautiful the pool is amazing the closet in the guest bedrooms needs to be alot bigger

The price shown is for the construction of the home plus the lot prices or shown separately. Depending on what type of pool you like pool prices could vary from $50,000 all the way up to even $120,000 depending on how fancy you get.
