Agree with access comment. Would be nice if somewhere on 2nd floor there was a terrace. Big question how do you get in that jacuzxi?. Pretty big leap from pool edge. Looks like you have to enter pool first. Otherwise the home isl beautifully designed. Waiting for my ship to come in I hope whoever gets this home enjoys it.

You’re right you’d have to lunge over or step onto the sunshelf to get in. It looks beautiful but not as practical unfortunately.
I love this home ofcourse I would need access (french doors) to the outside for the onwer's suite but it is a fabulous home.

Double French doors or a slider from the suite would be a nice touch!

Is the club fee optional? I know the HOA isn't, but if I don't want to use the club amenities, do I still have to pay?

The membership and monthly club dues are mandatory in this community.
To much. Looking for brand new with a small kidney shape pool small yard to care for. New construction in Ocala is looking good.

This home is the largest new home available in Port St Lucie, but there are plenty of other homes available here too. Ocala is about 3 hours north in the center of the state - in between Gainesville and the Villages.
Are club fees ($416 monthly) mandatory or optional? Lets say a potential buyer has no interest in golf.

They are mandatory in the Port St Lucie community, but if the buyer isn’t interested in golf and would want lower fees/taxes in general they offer this home in another community aside from Astor Creek.
