I would use the formal dining area as the family room, and the family room as the formal dining room. I mean, c'mon! Just imagine that fireplace and Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner with that beauty lit up! Ooh I get the chills thinking about how wonderful and cozy that would be with close family and friends laughing, dining, and just enjoying each other's company and good food, all with that fireplace just pulling the comfort and love all together. 😍 Throughout I imagined all my Christmas decorations and the perfect spot for my Christmas tree all colorful lights and sparkling ornaments. Ahh sweet holiday bliss! When I tour homes, my first thing to do is imagine my holiday decorations, and as I walk through the rings each holiday item I have already had a designated place. This home is beautiful. The lay out is just my style. ))Sigh(( how I'd love to have that.

That is definitely a Texas thing… Almost all of the homes have the master bedroom on the main level. There are a couple of builders who are doing bedrooms on the upper level. I’ve only seen that on 40 foot lots. We do have an option to search homes for sale that have all the bedrooms on the upper levels. Let me know if you would like me to set you up on that search.

Do Grand Homes have 1 story homes in the community. Like to view a 4 bedroom 3 bath with 3500 square feet. Enjoyed the tour of your model home.

Yes Grand Homes does offer 1 story homes. They start at 2700 - 2800 sqft and go up from there. I can search a couple of communities to see if there are any 1 story model homes available to tour if you’d like. Is there a specific area you would be interested in?

Looks great but I don't like the staircase that faces the door.

That’s a great question. It’s going to be slightly different with every single builder based on their current number of homes already under contract. I always tell my clients they should estimate between 9 and 12 months.
