Thanks for highlighting a number of things I haven't considered. This could be important for resale as well as new builds (knowing what the upgrades were). The presentation was very warm, natural and comfortable. I like the interplay between you for presentation. Also, your point about the garage is spot on! When looking at photos I see two car garages with a micro car and a golf cart illustrating "two" car" but my F250 won't even fit the driveway in some of the homes.
