They did a really good job with the set design, but the lack of any sort of soundtrack is hurting it.

There is a track for each room along with sound effects..no idea why it was not playing. They had the house lights on as well rather than the maze lights, another thing I have no idea why, and the acting is terrible.

Y’all can’t judge it based on what you see through a camera. When you’re actually there experiencing it in person, it’s SO much scarier. Don’t act like you know everything because you watched it on some KZread video, actually go.

Ah yes, the biggest scare of all: Homeless people

Didn't look all that scary. Too many jump scares that can be seen coming from way back. Should be darker as well.

Please note that the maze is indeed very dark. This channel specializes in low light where you can see more than what our eyes can see. If we were to film with a phone or regular camera, the video will come out dark and unwatchable. Thanks for watching

There was a time where I really wanted to go to Fright Fest......god being 10 was great, I actually thought this was kind of scary back then.

that's weird, i went the night after y'all (Sunday). they didn't have us walk through the fridge for some reason, they had us go through the bunkbed which was sick

Tbh this six flags is better than discovery kingdom. At least this place had more effort and jump scares. Some of the actors had poor timing but I agree it should have more darker lighting. Btw love your videos.

@@Whiteknuckler57 Six Flags didn't properly plan on how to make sure people didn't steal them. They lost most of their flashlights the first weekend and then got new ones that didn't work the same and those got stolen too... It was not a good time. I spent a lot of time programming those things as well.

I was told those lights where $300.00 each - We did have at least three of us at the exit checking so no lights got passed us - management was counting those lights nightly

That was one person's mistake. That wasn't even during fright fest, I'm sure being that were in the 21st century, They have more precautions, We went to knotts scary farm a couple years ago with my brother and sister in law, and she couldn't even take a bag of popcorn through a maze! So I'm sure their regulations for mazes are higher,

These mazes are low key not even scary at all. The acting is terrible. I would not pay to go to Fright Fest. Universal Studios and Knott's Scary Farm is way better for Halloween.

@@92hotcheeto I usually try to buy the express pass at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights which is expensive but helps to avoid all the long lines.

What kills me is how there actors are so bad! To be in a haunted house you have to do some improv and not just stand there and scream.

Sorry someone in a hoodie with facepaint isn't very scary. Clearly this is for kids

I love the concept but the acting is really bad

You would think that a place like that would 1, do much better makeup, 2 make it darker and harder to see the actors, and 3 they could actually have some dialog instead of screaming over and over. What a letdown!

Should add the scariest thing ever, a female actor accusing every man of rape.

I know mazes aren’t six flags specialty but cmon they are lacking in a lot of aspects ... the make up is poor the set design is boring , and the talent should have more energy imo
