Hi

I am like that too and a perfectionist. I put garland around each doorway with lights & then when I used to watch Castle he had the same but with gold, red and silver ornaments. I have a train almost like that but it came from a department store. I wish my lights on my tree would be on. It's sparkle lights which I can't have due to a head disease I have. Once a tree fell over - Oh I cried and cried. I have 5 big trees and tons of little ones. This year I'm doing Gingerbread for more of a fun look instead of my gorgeous house, but I bought like 1/3 of what I need so I'm in dire need of Gingerbread. I love it too - It's the only time I'm so happy. Nikki

Happy Holiday! I have two trees this year. I can relate. I'm always going way beyond to get things I want and drive to a few stores to get them. Not too mention, things either do not work or broke. Seems like I have been getting a new tree each year. Love your decoration styles.

Agree Chanel Green. I always feel like I must be doing everything wrong because everyone else does this so much easier and stress free. Seeing this makes me feel human.

I've had plenty of Griswold moments. I've put my tree up and then had a string of lights go out a week or two later. I've also had one strand start to twinkle out of nowhere. So I ended up with one part of my tree twinkling. Nice.

I'm very impressed! Love the color theme and the finished decorated tree. Never thought about putting the gold and silver together but the cream color ties it all together. Not sure what part of the country your in but this would go so well in Florida. Just add a few coastal ornaments and BAM! Thanks!

I had the same light problem with my favorite Christmas tree. I ended up clipping all the lights and wires form the tree. It great again! Yeah! Now I can change frome multi lights to clear if I want from year to year!

Luv’n the decor 🎄. Just get however many strands of “old school” lights you need and add those to the tree …… then your spinners will work! That’s what I do. TFS. 🎄⭐️🎄
