Girlfriend, I have been wanting to decorate for Xmas, but my energy level has been so terrible since I had COVID, but I got halfway though your video and stopped it to go to the attic and retrieve a ton of my decor. It’s like four hours later and I’m back on here to finish watching your video and to say thank you for motivating my tushy, because my tree is up, and my mantle is decorated! (The tree isn’t decorated yet, but at least it’s up and my decor is down from the attic) I have DAYS worth of decorating to go, but it’s started!! Your home looks amazing!! Thanks again for the mojo this morning! :-)

Yes I know how you feel, I found out I was covid positive in early August. I still do not have the energy and stamina I had before. It does take a toll and I hope you are feeling better. Good for you to not let the residual fatigue negatively impact the joy of decorating for the holidays.

Just beautifull decor, your tree in the entrance is stunning, love what you have done, my tradition for the second year if i am able given the crazy ness at the moment is going away, first time hubby and i did it last year and really enjoyed it, so plan is to do the same fingers x we do self cattering as its easy, given i am a Coeliac, and eating places are generally closed on xmas day here in the UK , its so nice to watch decorate videos, something lovely to watch during this crazy time, xxx

I’m deep cleaning this week and then decorating! I decorate early also for the same reason! We have three birthdays in December plus all the regular busy stuff (shopping, wrapping, etc) Decorating early is just a big help!

This was so much fun. 5 trees, wow. I know you will put one in the loft. I got so many ideas. This year I decided to do 1 more tree in our bedroom. Probably a 4 ft pencil tree is all I have room for. I want a buffalo check theme for that room. Will be getting new comforter and sheets. All ornaments will have that theme too. I can’t wait. I did buy already red towels for the guest bathroom but didn’t think about red throw rugs. Better look for those too. Love how you styled the hutches. You have some great pieces for in there. Im catholic. And we are encouraged to kind of wait until 1 week before the 25 to go all out. And our xmas isnt over until around the 2nd week of january. So i slowly decorate. But i do think decorating before december, lets you focus on the celebrations much better

Omg this video gave me all the warm feelings of Christmas, my family tradition is to bake all the cookies and nut roll and poppy seed rolls with my two boys and my mom. We also make three kinds of home made pierogies , that tradition started with my Gram and my mother in law. The two are now in heaven watching over my boys and myself keep the tradition alive. Christmas Eve I do the big dinner with both families come over and we do gifts after. Christmas is my favorite holiday. Thank you so much for sharing yours with us. My parents usually decorate a couple days after Thanksgiving. We go out, get a live tree, and hot chocolate like the first of the month. My grandmother however, who has a tree for every member of the family in all of her rooms, is starting to this month.

I just finished doing my house ,took fall down sun-it's been up since august. You got to get a rotating tree stand! Your tree is so beautiful ! But to have it rotating as your coming down the staircase is exquiste!!! Happy holidays! I think this year we all need the cheesiness and memories of happier times.

I used to get a three day holiday for Thanksgiving, Weds Thu and Fri, and I would get all ready on Weds then on Friday after we had celebrated the meal everything got put out. I had a long fence along the road and had three strands of lights draped from pole to pole, it was so pretty. Small house so we'd cut a tree from the back canyon and do garlands and lights down the stair railing. That was about it. This house I've been lucky to get a day and a half off, and my daughter grew up and moved very far away so I haven't done much, though I have been trying to keep surfaces clear so I can have at least a little seasonal decor.

Girl!!!!! Love the decos!!! I couldn’t believe the stores were bringing Christmas stuff in last month....I was thinking it’s so early! But I gotta say after the year all of us have had to deal with, Christmas is a special, happy time to look forward to!! While I was cleaning I was thinking yah, now it’s time to bring Christmas stuff in and decorate! The video made me so happy and now I’m off to town to grab some decorations!! Lol! my in laws come up from California on the first Saturday of December to go cut our tree with my husband and our kids. We listen to Andy Williams and have hot cocoa and then come back home and decorate the tree while we have a nice brunch together.

Me and my friends made a tradition that every Christmas Eve we go skateboarding togheter, and on Christmas Day we spend it with our fmaily. So we spend one day all togheter like we got to parks, to restaurants, museums or just all hang out at one home and the next we spend it wil our families and like after chrismas we all meet up and just start showing off what we got for christmas

I'm soo happy for this video! Right now is my favorite over the christmas decorating videos that i have watched here on youtube and i just have to watch it again right now 🤣🤣🤣 your decor is really on point, i have loved every single room. In Italy we don't have dollar tree, and trucks are not common as decorations as in America, but i have to find it!! 🤣🤣🤣

I really like how you do your ribbons on the tree. I never like it when I do it. I'm excited to give your techniques a try. I also have a huge hutch in my livingroom that I hate. Im going to try to decorate this season. Thanks for the inspo.

Thank You!! I always experiment with ribbons to get it how I want. Sometimes it works and sometimes I'm not feeling it haha.
