Klaus is hilarious when the spice kicks in. He starts to go squinty face, snaps his fingers, gets those "hiccups" and starts to organize the peppers in front of him. 🤣🤘

Lmao! Always tells the guests that they can decide which pepper to eat, then he proceeds to narrow down the selection, until he straight up tells the guest which chili should be chosen. And it's always the hottest 🤣 Klaus is a frikkin legend! Happens every time. 😁

I'm honestly perplexed by Chili Klaus' ability to get people to eat the hottest chili evey time, or even get people do to this in the first place. He's so manipulative and tricky, but trustworthy, likeable and innocent at the same time.

The Stavanger dialect can sound a bit like Danish, i have problems understanding people that come from Stavanger and i live just an hours drive away.

It's funny because I can easily understand Norwegians from Stavanger , but I don't understand much of Swedish or Norwegians from Oslo

Klaus , I used to live on Washington Island , Wisconsin it's the largest Scandinavian settlement in the United States as I have been told . We moved there because my wife had family there . She drove a tourist motor called the Viking Train . I owned a gift Shop called the Stabbur Gift Shoppe and next to that another shop called The Hitte both with goats and grass on the roofs it was the best 5 years of my Life 💗 . The ghost pepper gave me such an endorphin rush, I was so glad I was sitting down. I've never eaten anything that gave me such an amazing buzz.

All 3 languages comes from the same place, it is mostly just about accents and ofc there are some words which are different, but it is genuinely not that hard for us to understand each other up here🙂
