You do not state in what way the 350,000 figure is incorrect. Is it too high or too low? Without providing actual data, your comment is pointless. ons. you gov estimates gross long-term UK immigration at 1.2 million for the year end 2023. It is difficult to see how this is sustainable, even allowing for an emigration figure approx. 50% of immigration.

These plans still are very high level and good on paper. Real life execution will be still difficult without upsetting some ppl.....

I am a pensioner in SA. My only 2 children are in the UK for almost 20 years. They are medical doctors. Will I be able to immigrate if they support me. I have to continually apply for 5 year holiday visas which only only 6 months at a time.

You're applying the wrong way Madam, easiest & fastest route is, fly to France, get on a Dinghy and ur straight in fir free, no need for your kids to support you, everything is free !!
