Good range but they’re all so pink and berry, seems cool toned as well. I would had loved more warm beiges, orange and corals for spring! Chance is going to be my shade for sure!

Love how they look brighter on the lips than swatch. Love how they look plump without the tingle. Will definitely go with a more muted choice for myself.

A year after this video came out, I have to say that Rouge Coco Bloom is my absolute favorite lipstick. I have four of them: 122 Zenith; 124 Merveille, 126 Season, and 128 Magic. I love them all, but my runaway fave is 124 Merveille. It is my perfect neutral! It goes with corals and pinks and absolutely every eyeshadow and blush I use. It also holds the distinction of being the first lipstick I have ever re-purchased because I’m almost out of my first tube (and I’ve been wearing makeup over 40 years!). Thanks for your great swatches and always honest, helpful commentary, Erin! 💄 ❤️

Hi Erin, These new Rouge Coco Bloom lipsticks by Chanel look so beautiful on! I particularly like Chance and Dream on you! They’re so pretty and look perfect for spring! For myself, I’m looking at 112 Opportunity, which I know is currently on pre-order on Chanel’s website, and 118 Radiant. I’m thinking that these may have a mauve or rose undertone. Sometimes, peach shades look more tan on my cool complexion, although I think they’re absolutely stunning on you! Another one that I find intriguing is 122 Zenith, although I wonder if that might look day glow of on me. Lol

Thank you for the all the arm swatches AND the lip swatches too. Even one lip swatch with the arm swatches helps. I really appreciate seeing the colors side by side each other. Because of lip undertones and intensities, lip swatches are not always accurate. For example, peachy pink nudes look amazing on you. On me they turn a horrible nude/orange. It doesn't compliment my skin at all. My skin is light/medium olive color (medium/dark in summer) with strong mauvey pink in my lips. I look best in cool tones and people think I am wearing lipcolor when I am not. So when I see something on you, then see an arm swatch for an undertone comparison, It gives me a better idea what will work for me. So again, thank you!! It really helps.

@@dmgo No. I tried this formula and for the price, I am not impressed with texture or colors. My favorite "nude" (splurge) is Christian Louboutin's SooooO…Glow Lipstick in Peach Cabaret. Lipstick is sold as a refill and sold separately from the case. So the initial cost is expensive. But I love this one. It is balmy feeling my lips but better product. Decent wear for such a nourishing lipstick. Another fave is Sisily Phyto-Rouge Shine in #10 Sheer Nude. It is super hydrating and balmy and #10 is the most shimmery of the bunch. I am on my third tube. Case and lipstick are purchased together ($63) and they have refills available for $50. This is way better than Chanel Coco Bloom. It the longest lasting of the balmy textured lipsticks out there. I would say similar to Chantecaille Lip Veils and Chics but a little thicker (balmier) and longer lasting. I have a few of the colors but #10 is my fave. Sheer Cocoa (12) is pretty due to it has color but no shimmer. I layer #10. #22 sheer raspberry is s little shimmery and another favorite bright color. I hope this helps.

I’m a fen of the red lipsticks! It’s the only lipstick I wear! I just bought 138 vitalite💄💋it’s a great, great lipstick! I’m obsessed with the formula! It’s so soft on my lips and such a good pigmentation! I just love the feeling on my lips when I wear it! Great job, Chanel! As always!

Okay, I’m excited! I would love to pick up a few of these, but I hope they make it to Nordstrom. My favorite SA at Nordstrom tells me that they are not receiving a lot of the new products and collections. This frustrates and annoys me. Here’s hoping!

I picked up the ultra tenue because of you. There are two new shades: light brown and dark brown. I got light brown and intend to get dark brown as well. Now I want to try this Coco Bloom! KZread didn’t make me do it, you did!!! lol

Are they kidding with even more new lipstick releases?.. I just picked up a coco flash from the Le Blanc collection, and the new laques came out only recently...😀 But it’s always good to have a wider choice of formulas. Many Chanel lipstick formulas come and go, like stylo lipsticks or crayons... based on the swatches and the sensation you describe, these are quite similar to the rouge coco stylo formula - very hydrating and very high shine with somewhat of a potential to bleed a bit, but looking gorgeous when applied and very creamy, with a slip. My favorite formulas so far are rouge allure and of course ultra tenue😉 it would be interesting to try this one, though quite overwhelming with all the new releases by our favorite brand😎

I like that the pigmentation is better in the Bloom, but I love the Flash packaging. Ah.. Decisions, decisions. Do you think I could find similar shades (ones you have here) in the Flash line? 😊

I have the Merveille shade, but on me, it is not as bright as yours. It came out like a soft pinkish nude so suitable for every day wear. Maybe because my skin tone is of medium range so it doesn’t contrast much with the lip color 😅😅😍

I’m so surprised by how 124 Merveille and 126 Season swatched! They’re both pretty but not what I anticipated. I had both of these in mind for purchase but will pass on Season unless I decide I “need” another pink-red. Thank you for the video; very helpful!
