New images from @EspaiHector22 show extensive construction work at Barcelona's iconic Camp Nou, as the club aim to play games at the venue this year.
Barcelona have remained confident that construction is on schedule, with president Joan Laporta insisting the club could still host matches in the Camp Nou this year.

It’s called Camp Nou, not Nou Camp (New Stadium, in catalan)
Back seats(under the roof of 2nd tier) in the 1st tier of the old barca stadium have difficulty or not watching the game well enough. Will this change?

@@1237barcathey had to redevelop the first stand completely the views were terrible and it was so random and ugly. But i guys it would be more expensive and they were out of grass you sell to their fans
Is this a new stadium in a new bit of land or has old one been demolished to have this on same land?

None of them. They demolished part of the old stadium while maintaining the original structure. Reason: it is protected as an historical building by the Barcelona’s town hall.
