We watched the new 3+ minute trailer for BTS' upcoming drama called "Begins ≠ Youth" which is about their fictional BTS universe storyline. I reacted to it and also tried to give my quick breakdown or explanation. ✅QUICK SUMMARY: Storyline follows 7 boys who meet in Highschool and go through life experiencing hardships and temptations. One of the boys (Seokjin's character) then travels back in time to save the boys. I'm sure it sounds so confusing but let me know if you'd like me to make a quick explanation video. I tried pulling information from the top of my head LOL It's been awhile since I reviewed the storyline. I'm not 100% sure where the episodes will be released. I just watched four episodes now. Drama title is Begins Youth. Rosan will you reaction drama?

HYYH is the era that make me an Army. The concept of HYYH is already so beautiful and emotional. Watching this trailer, just makes everything a lot more meaningful than it already is.

SAAAMEEE!! It's what made me an ARMY as well (well, at the time i didn't even assume the title of army. I would say i was only here for the fictional story. But surely enough, those guys grow on me. How could they not they're the best 😭)

the fact that someone made a whole drama based around a fictional story line the members made up based around there songs is mind blowing....it just shows how talented these guys really are.

YESSS omg, the last time they did anything storyline related was 2020 for Map of the Soul and the story hasn't really finished. I was wondering if they'd continue off in 2025 esp since they know this storyline is a big part of their concepts so I'm on that theory with you lol The storyline for sure brings back memories and I know Armys had so much fun trying to solve it together. Now we're finally given clearer answers so for sure we're happy and excited. Thank you for watching!

I love the voice of Harus actor. 😮 It sounds as special as Jimins voice. Idk why, but it just stood out for me immediately. I dont mean he sounds like Jimin, but they both have special and recognizable voices.

I can’t wait! I became ARMY on 2022. So I haven’t really got into the BU yet. I saw some videos of it but didn’t finish it. But I will definitely check out your video explaining the story. But looking at the trailer, it seems like a really good series to watch.

I had just watched the first 4 episodes today and I'm so grateful that I started watching your HYYH explanation videos first. The time travelling part is not yet revealed yet but the cast is super great. Hwan captured SeokJin's solemn disposition in Epiphany Dogeon's voice sounds exactly like Namjoon Cein's portrayal of "grandpa" Yoongi is spot-on and cracks me up in a good way Hosu's facial expressions really screams Hobi Haru is crazy with that cuteness and charming-in-a-gender-neutral-way like Jimin Jooan reminds me of Park Bo Gum more but given he has one of the darker character to portray, I'd say he got Taehyung's rightfully. Jeha, oh this kid will remind us all of adorable baby JK. I wonder why it is not hyped up yet but dammmn I am in a roller coaster of emotions. I couldn't be the only one bawling here.

I followed the storyline on your channel and now we're going to have a series . I'm really excited about this .

I know what you mean. I'm super bad at names and I haven't fully learned their 7Fates: Chakho names lol now I need to. It's easier for me to just call them by the names we've known but I understand both sides and see why they changed it. I recently watched a video that someone pieced together the timeline in order and if it's correct, the first scene is them in the classroom having fun while JK is on the window sill drawing the truck and himself on the ground

I’m disappointed it’s not the actual bts members in the movie like all the original music videos and trailers that would been the cherry on top of the whole story line . It looks like it’s gonna be a really good series.

I think it maybe a wrap up for the storyline with puzzle pieces we are still missing. But, did you notice couple of days back NAMJOON posted pages of book called Siddhartha which also is written by Herman Hesse, the author of Damien. We already know that BTS featured Buddhism and Hinduism in many parts. But to know that he is reading this which is about finding inner peace and meaning of life, the state of Nirvana. Maybe they are planning something big. Like, maybe the HYYH 10 yr Anniversary is making an album which involves finding meaning in life and attending nirvana(state of fulfillment), Idk.Of course, we are living in theories for most of the days, and now I am happy that they're releasing a drama TMI: When Taehyung jumps into the water, he wore a t-shirt which had 'NIRVANA' printed on it( Run MV) :)

THIS GOING TO BE EVERYTHING. I am so excited. Holy Hannah. I can't wait.

I'm still waiting for your reaction on the Begins=Youth drama. I've watched it and the nostalgia just hits you. Like you know what will happen at the same time you don't. The mystery is there, the humor is there, there are also easter eggs in reference to their other songs. The actors are spot on and portrayed the characters well. I find myself singing their songs as I watch the episodes especially I Need U and Euphoria and also the Wings. I don't know how non ARMYs will interpret it, but as an ARMY who've gone through the theories phase of BU, this is something I have been waiting for and happy to see it to fruition. Hope that you can watch it and share your emotions with us!

@xCeleste I didn't even mention but I was so fascinated looking at the excitement and satisfaction in ur eyes while going thru his trailer... u being almost a nerd for manga comics and the likes and having gone thru all the challenges of stitching up the sequence and series of events fr different various sources into one cohesive narrative must be so so satisfying or fulfilling to have this decade age work of art and genius in a real drama hahahah 😲😅🙏🏼

I actually hope chapter 2 will use the Chakho story for music videos and other media just like the HYYH story did in chapter 1.

BTS is tiring all the loose ends. with this drama but also the documentary. everything we speculated about over the years, they will talk about i am sure. they already bring up those topics on suchwita, like the award where they all cried and stuff like that, and outro tear. it will be great content for new baby army´s to dig into.

I saw sum armies saying that they are not gonna watch this because bts isnt in them themselves and that made me so upset...I dont get upset easily but that got me cause it made absolutely no sense calling it a money grab...ANYWWAYS im so excited for this drop and cant wait to dive back into the storyline (hoping that this is kind of a hint that when they come back we are going straight back into the storyline.)

Hi Celeste! I think Armys "born" only a few years ago don't understand the mystery, the effort, and the whole vibe around BU. I am lucky bc I found BTS before "Success in America" (I still don't love Dynamite although I somehow like it now). I remember watching your explanation videos for the BU content that was suddenly appearing in many places. You were the savior, truly, like a guide through the maze of meanings and mystery and puzzles. So. (!) I thought that maybe, maybe... you could push your memory and rereact to this content again? Like reliving these times, reintroducing those emotions, and explaining what was published and where and what clues it gave you and us. Maybe sth like reacting to your own videos? It could be fun and also some way to feel this journey again. Pls, think about it. I would probably invest in somebody's patron for the first time in my long life. Or maybe It could be a series of lives? (are lives easier to do?) Or deep history lessons? Your videos were a huge "Army incubator" (and still are) and I don't understand why you don't have many mln subs till now. Pls, think about reintroducing these emotions of knowing BTS from the beginning. Thank you for your work!

That whole era - and even up through MOTS - was influenced by the Jungian philosophies explored in the story (loss of innocence / duality)

My ARMY journey started in 2015 with "I Need U"... I couldn't be MORE involved in the BU, so I've been waiting for this drama too! I've been watching all the videos where you explained about the BU whenever new aspects of it showed up, and tried to pull it all together for ARMYs. I'm really looking forward to more new BU things coming out, and to hear BTS say that 2025 is gonna be the 10th Anniversary of HYYH and SOMETHING is gonna happen then... that's ONE MORE THING to look forward to, apart from this drama.

I hope some day they'll adapt Chakho as an anime with members voicing their characters

Being from the US I blame the us media for the need to have changed the names. I have lost count of how many articles that have come across my feed stating this show is BTS's real backstory of their lives and how they became BTS. @@ipurpleu1668 yup, but for me i feel the 8 episodes is just an introduction of the bu or maybe upto episode 12 it still feel that way, first the plot/scenes in there mv's from i need u to outro ego is covered a little + theres an highlight reel too + the loop hole, and the preference of butterfly effect, + the directing of i need u, hyyh on stage, run, young forever, wings series, blood sweat and tears, fake love, + the map of the soul

@@ipurpleu1668 i agree with that, but i feel like after i watching it (the 8 episodes), it feels like just 1% of the whole story of bu or, maybe it's just the base of the story, as it shows what happened before the chaos began, but the direction of the story is more focused on the redevelopment of the area and the issue of their parents between jin father and suga father + v father is kind of related too (relating to the scholars) or the old version of them

Made years ago by BIGHIT. Not a show for me. I feel BIGHIT betrayed BTS because they didn't fight conscription. So I won't be watching BIGHIT "s ploy for continued income stream after abandoning our beloved members
