I 1000% agree with you about the garage size! In fact, I was just talking with hubs about how they’re too big for what we need and we want extra room in the kitchen/living room and maybe even the bathroom/ bedroom. I’m so happy you mentioned it to him because we need that badly! Or even an 8ft garage that comes in from the side instead of the back. Overall, I’m still highly impressed by Brinkley and it’s going to boil down to them or Riverstone, and we probably won’t be able to make the decision until we’re literally ready to sign. We’re looking for enough room for one Harley and more overall living space. I also love how every question you ask him, his whole face lights up and gets so excited. It’s obvious he’s very proud of his product and he should be. This tells me this is a high quality product. Well done Brinkley fam, well done! 👏👏🤩🤩

This is a guy who has pride in his product. It appears to be a very thought-out RV, with great attention to detail and years of RV'ing experience. I am not the right market for this, but this is the very first and only toyhauler that I have ever been able to see myself owning.

I love that he is really genuinely listening to any constructive criticisms and not getting offended. When he was taking his phone out to take a pic, it was to remind him to look into those ideas and tips. That said, he’s done a great job with this RV! It’s just beautiful. Definitely a lot of thought was put into this build.

3 things. Hes going to take all of your imput and put it into this rv. Second when are you getting one cause we all know this is one of the best rvs on the market. And three. Thank you for finally reviewing this! I think this company is going to go far!!

I would make the toy hauler room my sewing room and keep the washer and dryer in it also. I love this fifth wheel.

My dream toy hauler would be for traveling with MTBs and having a place to work on bikes. I hate leaving bikes outside. Last year my cousin had a bike stolen right off the rack on the back of the trailer. Maybe JD is right about the 8’ garage and more living space. I’m the kind of customer who would buy the smallest trailer with a garage.

The best feature out of the gate is that drop down silverware rack. Phenomenal!

5 HUGE stars for the manual reclining sofa seats! Those power deals, although nice for older folks with little leg strength, move so slowly.

This will likely be the top toy hauler on the market if the quality holds up.

Amazing, no floor vents!!! Amost a perfect RV. I would choose the queen bed option. My wife and I hate a king bed in an RV. I would actually trade in my Grand Design for this Toy Hauler.

OMG JD Yes, Yes, Yes, a toy hauler with a smaller garage at 8 foot would be awesome. Then you can still get your smaller motorcycle and e bikes in and have more space for a better living room area. Plus a suggestion would be to get them to lower the height of the TV and the shelf. Then have storage for Videos and books above the TV. And the window above the bed must go.

Finally, bed side shelves with a king bed and room for the CPAP! And doesn't encroach in the bed area!

They need to put the knife draw over the sink and the other in the lower position so kids can reach it. The pull out storage in the bathroom is awesome.

Nice to see a owner who has a passion for what he has made. This RV is next level. I also agree with your 8 foot garage. It’d be nice for my kids bikes and power wheels and to have a full dinette to eat at when it’s raining outside would be nice.

My wife and I agree with you JD. An 8ft garage area with a nicer living area would be much better. We have a 2015 Keystone Raptor 36LEV with a 12 ft garage that we bought to haul our Saint Bernards to dog shows and also, for my Honda Goldwing Touring motorcycle. Which, we never ever used it for that. But, our living area was pretty much non-existent. A dinette set, a small(2 seater) loveseat was all the seating. Then, you had the front cabinet with all your slide-out controls, radio, black and gray tank levels, etc. With TV up above cabinet. But, that was it! So, an 8ft garage for grandkids bikes, smaller things etc, with a nicer living TV area would be ideal. Anyway, keep up the good work as usual.

We have a 36' toy hauler, & our toys are e-bikes. Our model was discontinued because as Nate said they weren't selling. My storage setup works great for parking a 36' 5vr. Its a shame the 39' seems to be the current shortest toy hauler. We love our patio and don't want a tow behind. Another great 5vr would be a 36' living space oriented unit with a patio door in back. Bikes would be relegated to a bike carrier off the back.

You absolutely nailed the feeling I have about toy haulers and how they feel inside the living/kitchen area. I would like the 8-10' garage for just one motorcycle and keep the overall length of the unit manageable. One with rear living would be a game changer.

Ok, Nate is awesome! That window above the bed is a real nice touch. Many of these features are pretty kick ass, I must say. I love how Nate whips out his phone to take photo notes. You can totally tell he is actually listening to you and not just nodding.

I would add additional storage over the slides like the luxe 38ft. I would consider buying such a unit.

There r a few items I would change but wow this unit is beautiful. The pantry shelves, the bathroom pull out shelves with adjustable shelves, lights, backsplash, awesome touches.

Wow. Just watched this with my spouse. This is the best one I’ve ever seen. The usability is top notch. They thought out how customers really use an RV. The use of space and storage accessibility is above any other brand. There are no dead spaces. I am blown away. When I go to buy an RV, I am definitely going to get a Brinkley, the care they put in it shows.

I didn’t like Brinkley initially, but the more I see them, the more I like them. Suggestion: offer small bed side tables with wireless charging pad installed.

My wife and I met Nate and the Brinkley Team at the Texas show on Arlington at AT&T Stadium. They are great guys with huge backing making a fantastic product. We came to the show to see that Model G (the one in this demo), we would love to have a mid bunk with a small garage at the back although I don’t want to give up the couch at the back of the Model Z to get it. We are about to place our order for the Model Z this week. This will be our first RV trailer of any kind.

your cup holder idea is good, but you could have it as a flip down mini shelf/cup holder on that pull out frame

While I'm not a big fan of toy haulers,I love the living space! My wife is also vertically challenged, but I think she would be able to reach the silverware trays. A well thought out and laid out design.

Love this unit. Worth every penny!

Another great video-LOVE the comment on the 8’ garage!! We’ve been looking for that option for years..also not sure why every toy hauler doesn’t have the slide out driver side bed so you can have the king bed and also the large wardrobe. Good job this one

This is really a thought out and well designed toy hauler. I was skeptical about an 11' garage for my electric golf cart due the tie-down locations but they certainly solved that. Great quality along with very smart amenities. Thank you so much for the level of detail this video provided, it's truly been the most helpful in my decision to get a quote. So far the only thing I haven't seen is if the safety cameras can be powered when camping to be used as security cameras... it was one of the features my wife really liked on the Jayco Seismic.

I absolutely love the way the owner of this vehicle (and builder) has put SO MUCH thought into this. Not only the outside is brilliantly thought through .... the interior is stunningly beautiful & functional (just imagine: this is the prototype ... let's wait when they ironed out the little things later on ...). This will be a great success and the guy who is the boss of all of this perfectly styled 'home on wheels' can be congratullated. Wonderful .. simply wonderful !!!! God bless you.

I completely agree with JD's take on Toy haulers. More Living room space. The garage bath can extend into the garage. I would like space for a golf cart and a few bikes.

JD, YOU are the reason I have the setup I have, when we wanted to start camping I watched most if not all of your videos, and shoped for almost a full year! We still have the first unit we bought and to date have not found one we are willing to upgrade to, I attribute that to all the great information you put out and that lead us to a very thoughtful discussion when it was time to buy, we have now been all over the country, I can truly tell you our experience has been life changing! And it all started with a "watch this first" video and for that we thank you!

100% you hit the nail on the head. We would be the customer looking for a small garage for bikes, canopies, kids sport nets. We don't need to haul a gas powered vehicle, but losing our truck bed due to the 5th wheel and gaining it in the garage - HUGE selling point for us. And to have that back deck on top of it - sold!

Yep, they did a nice job with some really cool features. I’m not a fan of a single couch in the living space, but that’s pretty much a standard for toy haulers, although there are some that put in a theater seat and dinette which I prefer. I think it’s the new Grand Design that put in a sectional with a dinette which is cool, but the this unit has better features overall, I think. Nice job and a couple good suggestions JD!

This fifth wheel toy hauler is beautiful! Its definitely a one of a kind. I love the dark mustard color couch too! So refreshingly different from all the others out there. I just get sick of seeing the same features all the time!

We saw this RV, my mom and I, at the RV show in Salt Lake City a couple weeks back. Actually, exactly a month ago. I hadn't expected to see a Brinkley model there at all, but we did and I was excited!! I'd seen a walkthrough you did with...was it Myles RV? I can't remember now. I think your collab with him was actually after....? Anyway, it was like a party. It was so fun! I was thinking at first that all the music was from a sponsor or something, or another brand, but it was from Brinkley! They had the LED lights going underneath, they had the speakers blaring some super fun music. I honestly wish I was in a better place financially. I would soooo buy this model, or the 'next gen' that is very similar, but with a slightly larger living space but same sized or slightly larger garage I could convert to an office. The model they had on displace did not yet have a fireplace installed but there was signage noting that it would eventually be available. One of my favorite features was the deck. I LOVED the railing. It was different and unique. I do kinda agree with you on the seating and love the ideas you provided. It was fun to watch his eyes light up with the new ideas and ways to make this brand even better. I had seen the review Myles and his wife did, as well, and I got a little happy. I said something along the lines of; if I could afford it, I would order a model that is nearly an exact duplicate of this model, but longer so the living space was a little stretched out, do the same flooring in the garage as throughout the RV, no flushing toilet but either an incinerating toilet or composting toilet, and the outside would be full autobody paint, black, with an American Flag motif on both sides towards the rear.

Wow one of the best looking lifestyle haulers I've seen, love all the neat cubbys and well thought out touches. To be honest I don't think anyone (not many anyways) would want an 8foot garage. Plus the garage can be converted Into a room or office or dinning area. Grand design makes weird hybrid types lifestyle hauler bumper tow. You might want to check that one out JD. Is just a little to small to haul my midsize ranger.

They should do like the Riverstone 37FLTH or the Momentum 376THS That would be awesome

I am 100% with you. This is a well thought out and beautiful camper. They did a great job on this.

We were able to look at a Model Z at the local RV show and speak with a few of the guys from Brinkley about it. I agree with you on some of the things you mentioned. I also appreciate how open he was to ideas and opinions as well as taking mental notes of some things to make either future changes or available options. Even though this in my opinion from what I see is one of the nicest luxury "smaller" fifth wheels on the market. Im in a coachmen FE travel trailer now but we have been shopping for our upgrade for over a year now and this is toward the top of the list!

I love this thing. It is pretty much perfect. Would not use it to haul toys but the garage is a perfect animal room for my 2 dogs, 3 cats and baby tortoise. I love the suggestion about the cutting board, rail system next to the bed and the cable/chain in the one cabinet to keep the door from slamming into the fridge.

Hands down....the best toyhauler RV to ever be on the market. It's gorgeous in every single sense of the word.😍

I love the couch but not the color. Absolutely love pantry and spice racks. Great place for knives and cooking utensils too. Also like having a dining table. Love bathroom! Very nice unit! Lots of thought into it.

I love the co-owner here. He is super interested in new ideas and just exudes a passion for what he is doing and trying to provide for his customers. It's pretty sad, but it appears he actually cares about what he is putting out and that alone will put this company over the top for me.

I own a 2015 keystone carbon, 357TH. This seems almost identical with the layout, to include 11' garage, nicer finishes, and slightly different storage however I could buy 2 carbons for that price! it is a very nice unit, just out of my price range

Omg there is an actual BOOK SHELF IN THE BEDROOM!!!😮🤯😍😍😍 all thats missing is a garbage disposal!

As a full timer in an rv I highly recommend the 4-burner residential style stove, outside of that it’s really nice!

I've very impressed with how they listen to customers and incorporate what I will call normal home style features and get away from the old annoying RV features. We need a bunk house, so can't wait to see when they'll bring that out!

Brinkley not only builds and designs beautiful RV's their Customer Service (Brinkley Crew) is outstanding and 2nd to none. The person that answers your phone call (and they will personally answer your call) not only has the knowledge to address but they also have the POWER to do what it takes to get your problem solved quickly and efficiently. We have a Z3100 (921) and love it!! Thanx Brinkley, best RV on the market!!

Great suggestion on the 8 foot garage for bikes, would definitely buy that. Not everyone looking for a toy hauler has motorized toys.

Great tour. Asking the tough questions! Plus one on the small garage toy hauler. We’re interested in the new GD Momentum 336M for that reason but we like the way Brinkley is doing things better than anyone else in every other regard.

I agree, I ride bikes and having an 8 foot garage with builtin fork mounts for securing would be perfect. Also get rid of the half bath so the kitchen and living area can be better executed with more room and get rid of that horrible slanted wall that most toy hauler have.

This better be where I go when I die! This is such an awesome rv/toyhauler. I already had thoughts about the toy hauler part and kids. Forget the kids that garage area is now my screened in porch! This build hit all the right notes on my guitar. 👌👌👌👌

After seeing Brinkley's product line, there is no other RV out there that I would want. Brinkley is the standard by which every other RV manufacturer should catch up to if they're able, and I'm not sure that many of them are. That's it for me. It's Brinkley or nothing. Any other RV would be a number of steps down. Wow! I'm SO impressed!

God I keep seeing things about this unit that I love... The main bathroom is great.. I love how they did the sink in the counter space. It draws me nuts when you go into where those bathrooms that are already tiny to begin with And they decide to use a huge "mixing bowl" that basically sets on top of what would normally be the counter

Love what Brinkley is doing. Also love that Nate is listening. Not every idea is commercially viable, but hey, he seems really interested and receptive to new concepts. Keep giving the manufacturers the kind of ideas you did in this video.2 thumbs up for both of you!

Love it!! Suggestion - add back splash of the porcelain on the stove side of the fridge and to the window wall & trim. The worst thing about actually cooking on an rv stove is trying to keep all the areas around it clean. Love the other suggestions you had for him

Ok so WOW. We just bought "the perfect rig" for us.... but now we have met the NEXT perfect for us! The only thing i don't like is gold fixtures and that camel-colored leather..... but dude......i can't tell you how many times I SQUEALED! Goodness gracious! This thing is awesome and Nate CLEARLY LOVES what Brinkley has produced.

Oh my god and again with the pull out racks and in the bathroom too.. What a great idea.. Everybody loves that long three foot of storage in there but is awful without those pull out racks because everything is going to get stuck in back and you're not gonna be able to reach it. I swear I love this trailer

I absolutely love this toy hauler, best design by far! My only concern is the ground clearance in the front.... I wonder how much unleveled terrain it has been tested to see if it drags. Maybe Brinkley Or Big Truck Big RV can get some info for us !

Exactly correct about the smaller garage with a bigger living space! I have said that so many times when we were looking for a toy hauler. If we could just find one with a little bit smaller garage and use the other space to have an actual living room or kitchen

Cable stops would be great for cabinets but they make stops for hinges
