FYI, I went into the final meeting, thinking the Pressure was on Steve, as he was 1 point behind. I thought _he_ had to beat _me._ However, due to the drop-score system. I would drop a 92-point score and he would drop a 90-point score (if we both exceeded them). In other words, he'd automatically gain two points on me! What I didn't realise was, if we were to finish right next to each-other (as happens most often), then I _HAD_ to out-qualify him in the heats and then _HAD_ to beat him in the Final! If we ended with equal points, he'd have beaten me, due to count-back. I'm glad I didn't know that, on the day. Pretty sure I would have folded! 😆
