I Found the famous Popalong RC Track in the woods!

Ойын-сауық

I visited the PopalongRC track in the woods while staying near by and after watching their videos which are linked below, it dawned that actually we may be in the best position in history to push this hobby on to the next level. The only problem is there are very few permanent venues in the UK to try RC before you head to a club race day which can be a little bit daunting. That's why this track could play a very important part in the future of RC Car Racing.
Attending the British Grand Prix in 2024 got me thinking about pathways into motorsport and how RC could be an entry point for a career in motorsport. I mean @oscar_piastri was an Oz National Champion at the age of 9 in 2011!

It would be amazing if they could. I’d love to revisit and get one of my cars out on track!

Yes! And I didn’t even realise and put it all together until I saw Max Machler’s photos of his tour Mark had sorted! The pathways are visible, I just hope we can carry on the growth of this hobby to inspire the next generation to try motorsport!
