Just went to these lakes today it's still under construction but there's a ton of houses built up around there now. You're only allowed to fish the lakes if you're a resident of the community but I fished it anyways... caught a 5 pounder on a frog in the Florida summer heat gotta love it

Might be the perfect boat for me!! New and right in my price budget. Looks like might need an upgrade motor and electronics, but still super cheap for brand new boat.

Just like many of the golf courses throughout Florida. Loaded with quality bass, off-limits to everyone but the residents, who NEVER fish them. I know, because I've been living near several of them for years now. We moved to West Melbourne Florida in '69 when I was 7 years old. As a kid bass angler, it was paradise, we had near endless choices of lakes, ponds & pits. All private property now. And that's not even counting the golf course communities I just mentioned. But I hear certain areas of Florida REQUIRE legal public access to many of those golf course lakes, so long as the anglers stay on "the easement areas" around the lakes. Not so where I live.

I found it on google maps fished it today but you need to be a part of the community to fish it I did anyways and wasn't stopped, hard to fish the reeds from the shore I just flipped a senko and worked a frog there are 2 docks tho that I caught a 5lber on

I have read many of the comments below. And boy is it true... If there is a place you could fish you can't fish You know why, it's because of all the debree left behind by those that have been there in the past. If you see someone leaving anything that was not there tell them to pick it up and take it with them. Salt of fresh water Beach lake woods etc.

I paint alot of these houses an let me tell ya a rod is in my van everyday (most important tool u know).. These lil ponds have givin me alot of big bass pics def worth a try if u dnt get ran out by some of the home owners.. Awesome job rolond!!

Seems like it’s public...only if you live around it (so basically private). this sounds bad...but you can always Do what I’ve done in 2 of those types of places. Find a lonely cougar or other woman..or man (not being biased) that lives there, give her a little lovin or attention, then get her permission to fish the lakes. Not sure if that works everywhere, but works like a charm on 2 private ponds/small lakes here in Texas. One is on a golf course and they’re really hard to fish on. Start off by Taking a dog out with a leash and walk the area once it’s built. Lot of these places will have tracks built around for exercise...but this is much bigger setup than 2 separate locations I’m able to fish. Strike up a conversation with everyone that doesn’t have a ring on their finger. See what happens. We do everything we can for fishing!! Probably won’t work for a while because they’ll need to build first. Sorry for lengthy reply, just trying to give out some private property fishing tips.

I live right by there. Do you need special permission to fish these lakes or can we normal folks fish here?

its not exactly in lakewood ranch @gb whitewarrior , from the drone footage at 5:33 it look like its north of fruitville right off of richardson rd., on the other side of the interstate of Nathan Benderson.

I want to see the place after 10 years of Yankees building homes and sucking the water out of the ground to keep their yards green and opening up sink holes. Won't be any water left in the lakes after that for the jet skiers and party barges to use and mess things up for the fishermen.
