Wearing YSL Y EDP here in Georgia. High heat but still gets compliments. In regards to the review, I feel like so many houses are coming out with these "aqua" blue scents that they are all starting to blend together. Ready for something brand new and not a summer flanker though I get why designers are doing it.

SOTD -> Bvlgari Man Extreme 👍🏻 kinda weak sillage. But Azzaro Aqua sits a lot longer on my skin (about 7-8h)

I got almost the same performance I got around 5 to 6 hours there was a bubble around me for about a hour everyone looked including my brother he is not a big fragrance fan but in the 90s he was rocking cool water he also and this includes me as well for winter rocks polo green my dad's favorite keep up the great work

Outstanding review, highly descriptive

lasts well enough and projects well while smelling great in the air. i get a strong minty freshness from this one, very well blended.

It lasted over 8 hours on my skin and it smells amazing

hey Max! I found a very unique & interesting cologne blend. 1 spray first of BOSS Bottle than 1 spray of POLO Green. The Green dominants the scent but the Bosses apple and slight sweetness bring a more modern twist to the green formula. very pleasant outcome

I have it in my collection. I just wore it now when I watched this video. It's not ground breaking but I like it especially after shower. Best for Spring and summer.

It released quite some time ago, but still have not been added to a Fragrantica.

I smelled it a few weeks ago and the opening was really nice

It is a very good scent!i try it at sephora and i like it a lot!great for this summer!all chrome are nice in my opinion!and it is cheap also..

Looking good with this few days of stubble on your face, kinda younger and healthier. Its visible but short enough to look pleasant.

Great review Max. Love CHROME and have at least seven of them LOLOL. Some may see CA2019 as redundant, and that may be; however, I find that all Azzaro scents are great scent performance and presentation. Love that kit with the tin!! Even if it WASN'T the most original it sounds like a nice Midway twixt Aquatic and citric aromatics. I like to test as many new releases as I can as often some flankers are Superior to their predecessor. (I prefer C Legend to Chrome!) I'm a Loris Azzaro fanboy (since Pour Homme) and try to acquire as many as budget and marketplace's allow. Good day smell swell & be well! ✌💞🌈👏😂👍😎

This is a good one, got this on it's release because it was that good to me.

The opening is really nice, but it disappears rather quickly and what is left is a bit flat, in my opinion. Very reminiscent of the 90s due to its aquatic-woody accord, as you stated.

I tried this quite a while ago in a store in France. It's not bad, like it but don't think I'll purchase it right now. Azzaro have released some real gems in the last few years (Pour homme Intense and Amber Fever) and most other releases are at least solid. The other day I tried the new trio of scents in the new 'Shine' line of frags- Sea, Fun & Shine (which was lovely and my favourite!) all decent imo and perhaps worth looking at instead of this Chrome Aqua.

For sure be scoring this one when it hits the online discounters. No more than $30 for the 100ml imo

Just got this the other day. Smells VERY very similar to Bvlgari Aqva Pour Homme, w/out the seaweed accord.

@@blissfulstarr5007 Yes, my wife loves it. Now it's not a complement monster like my Dior Sauvag but it's very pleasing. It's become one of my grab and go. I also wear it when I go to my local cigar lounge. My only complaint is longevity so you can over spray and reapply after several hours. Overall, i;m glad I have it in my collection.

Its the best Chrome/Flanker yet. I always loved Chrome and Chrome Legend. This one though blows them out the water.

Doesn’t this smell the same as Bvlgari aqua without making you feel sick when smelling it

I just bought Chrome United it was a blind buy and I must admit it’s one of my favorite Cheap scents with that tea note it’s very green and fresh what a curve ball I paid $14.99 at TJM I was very impressed same reaction I had when I bought Penguin iconic blend batch #3 that is a great Spicy Freshy I paid the same amount probably my 2 Best Buy’s for $14.99

The lady at the fragrance counter brought this to me and I was like oh great another Azzaro flanker...and then I smelled it and was actually pleasantly surprised. The chrome line up definitely gets an eye roll at this point in the game. But this one is actually pretty good so I would say check it out especially for summer. not sure I would pay retail though, maybe wait a little while. I have an abundance of fresh spring and summer fragrances so I don’t know exactly where this fits but I may still snag one when it gets cheaper.

It might be just me but I tried it at the store, a while back, it reminded me of Bvlgari aqva marine which way actually my first fragrance ever, plus the the bottles are quite similar but the Bvlgari is in my mind just better so I would rather have it instead

Bought a small bottle...wasn't to impressed. Not a wow factor. Gave it to my son.Paid retail. Thanks for the video

bad performance is a big turnoff for me. i like azzaro because they generally give me all day performance. i have legend, pure, limited edition, sport. other brands don't last on my skin. aqua di gio and bleu are just skin scents on me.

I thought it also smells like Perry Ellis 360 but the green. I like it because I like some of the 360 fragrances. I would not buy it again though.

I don't think that this one can be selling too well in Great Britain because I picked 100ml up from Debenhams recently for £20. I get a nice grapefruit opening like sticking a thumbnail into the rind of the real thing. Zesty and sparkling but it simply has no longevity at all even for a citrus freshie. I use it occasionally for the gym but it's nowhere near as good as Chrome Pure. I quite like Azzaro in general.

It was discounted the moment it came out in Debenhams. It didn't make the shelf at regular price. What price it is now I don't know. I grabbed two bottles at £25 about 6-8 weeks ago (which were marked as down from £44). Totally agree with you about the longevity, gotta liberally spray this stuff and not expect it to last either. That said, the smell is good one.

Cheers guys, was about to purchase this. It's £20 in debenhams, I assume it's part of christmas clearance.

Performance isn't good. The smell certainly is. So, worse longevity than something like Versace Man Eau Fraiche. Load up on sprays with some to clothes is the way to go. Max has just mentioned the drydown and the prominent notes, BUT, take into account the drydown is skin only really

I bought a bottle and it does smells really good but as we all know summer fragrance does not last and does not project i go really heavy spraying this stuff on me and still doesn't last that long

Need to get my nose on that one!

I get 6-8 hours on skin! It's literally my favourite summer scent....

I have been saying the same thing, it's as good or even been then Costa AZZURRA aqua for 90% less money but the quality is just as good.

Azzaro Chrome pure is the best flanker me

I hear the name Azzaro & I think "Teenager scent". And boy, was that a long time ago for me!

Nice fresh summer cheapie, but the performance is terrible! I sprayed liberally on myself and after 4 hours I couldn't smell a thing on myself! Purchase at your own risk

Reminds me of all The other Aquas! Eternity Aqua is better but I’m sick of them all. I stick with Acqua di Gio the Original and D&G light blue Eau intense

Chrome original version is not long lasting anymore.. Where as chrome intense is too strong to handle.. I wonder where exactly this one stands... But chrome orignal batch 2014 and before were the best

@Cini minis Please, don't believe the hype on that one (chrome legend). I blind bought it and I regretted it so much...It's true that it is strong but just because It is SUPER synthetic ! Normal ( the original ) chrome in comparison is gold in terms of quality and blending.

The original Chrome last all day on me with 10+ sprays,gotta overspray a lot of these freshies for them to perform well...

I lost interest when u get into the performance part

I regret buying this. Bought at discount from £44 to £25. Amazing smell but....performance is woeful. Doesn't last 20 minutes

Opening is very strong alcohol blast. The scent is a skin scent in minutes. A waste.
