Biggest problem of Ather is availability . Still, Ather is not able to make their products available in many district level cities. Their is not point in buying Ather from a showroom 100-150 km from your native place. Ola, TVS, Bajaj, okinawa, Bounce infinity have better dealar network than Ather

Standard 7inch touch screen costs only ₹1500/- (wholesale). Then Y no centre stand given, it's a headache to fix flat tyres. Only few service centre has the lift jokey, these guys charge ₹400/- for tyres puncture

My 5 year old i praise+ can accommodate 25 kg rice packet on it's floor board very easyly stacking up 3 horizontal 1 vertical rice packets it can easyly pull 4 rice packet s with my mom

The major drawback, which is a deal-breaker for me, is the absence of a rear disc brake. You also missed highlighting this. Ather unique feature was the disc brakes on both wheels; ather was the first to introduce such a feature in scooter (now, not even one petrol scooter has it). Disc brakes are crucial, whether it's a scooter, motorcycle, or car. All-wheel disc brakes are a significant feature, for which I would sacrifice five other features.

Hi Rohiet Thakur, Ather ke 450 series me rear wheel me disk brake aate hai, ather ne hi sabse pahle ye shuru kiya tha. petrol me to ab bhi nahi aate. maine yahi kaha ki ather ne ek benchmark set kiya tha rear wheel me disk deke ab wo bhi bakiyo jaisa ho gayi khud ko downgrade karke. rear wheel disk is very big feature.

Atul Sharma ji, feature always do category me hote hai, hardware and software. best hardware + best software is optimum, best hardware+ average software is fine, Bad hardware + best Software is bad choice. achar mai nahi khata, aap shayad zyada khate hai so uski khatas ki wazah se ek proper feedback ko grab karne me fisal gaye apka skid control kaam nahi kiya.

How this scooter would be for my parents? They are in their 60s. They live in a tier 3 city, so driving won't be too much. Charging won't be a problem. The boot capacity looks quite good for a weekend sabji mandi trip. I'm concerned about weight, safety of being an electric scooter and overall durability and longetivity since this would be the first electric vehicle for us.

In ola Gen 1 you can put laptop bag, and few more things, but a half face helmet separately.

Ather CEO said in one interview that they have words largest R&D team in this domain. But i felt Rizta is just swelled 450

पहले मुझे ev में इंटरेस्ट था पर अब समझ मे आ रहा है कि इसमें बहुत सी कमियां हैं, शायद अभी 5 साल और लगें इन कमियों से बाहर आने में, कुछ कमियां ev की- ◆बैटरी का बहुत महंगा होना ◆सर्विस बहुत खराब ◆ दाम बहुत ज्यादा होना ◆चार्जिंग बहुत धीमा ◆चार्जिंग की हमेशा टेंशन ◆अगर ज्यादा नही चलते तो एवरेज नही निकलेगा (कम चलने वालों के लिए पेट्रोल ही किफायती है) ◆बैटरी में आग ◆ Screen UI poor ◆ Additional cost for full software support ! ◆etc

Charging Dheema se Kya dikkat. Raat mei Charge lagega,aur agle din full available. Hafte mei ek baar charge nahi karna hota hai Phone Jaise charge karna hota hai, daily. Ek din mei 100km koi nahi chalta seher mei. Screen ka kaam Sirf Information dikhana hai,aaj kal log har cheez mei phone jaisa smooth dhoondhte hai. Battery mei aag local ev mei hi hai Aur glt tarike se charging karne se bhi hai

But ab Ather ko 3 wheel 2 seater trike banana chahiye....US me jaise nimbus one vehicle hai....unke waha to kum dhup hoti hai.....fir bhi aisi gadiya bana Rahe hai.....aur india me to Suraj aag ugalta hai....aiseme Ather ko three wheel trike ko launch karna chahiye tha....hope they will do this...

Skid control is best agar 450 x par hota toh mujhe aaj scooter repair nhi karwana padta
