Not mine.. I cracked mine on day 2 on the left hood/fender corner and ive seen many break in the exact same spot.

@@rctd3260 I ordered a new one, I’m gonna reinforce it with the mesh/glue as well as metal supports.

This is coming from an Arrma fanboy: dude, after changing 45-50% of the main structure of the car (both towers, a bulkhead, all standoffs), you can't say "i made just a couple of upgrades, nothing major" 😂😂😂😂😂. I love Arrma, i own 7 of them (2 Granite, Senton, Talion, Mojave 6s, the new Kraton 8s, Felony), but changing the parts you mentioned it's not like changing some body posts or a wing, or bumper. Those are the main parts of the structure, and it's kind of a big deal 😊. I'm not hating or something, just saying. Love your vids, keep'em coming!👍🏻🔥💥💯

If in your mind, changing those parts are not a major thing, then i guess that Arrma didn't made a major change in the Kraton EXB v2 by making the bulkheads aluminum. I have thousands of hours in wrenching in rc cars and 20x times more in 1:1 "toys"...but i do think you didn't read my whole comment, because it is NOT meant to be a bad one, and RCDude81 even gave it a heart. So you are a little hatefull troll, not me.

Nice Big Rock! I love my 3s version. My only complaint on this model is for $700 it should have EXB grade 7075 aluminum chassis, hinge pins, shock towers, etc like the other EXB models priced similarly.

In this case instead of exb parts you're paying for an almost scale body that you'll eventually destroy nonetheless. Don't know what arrma were thinking as this body absolutely makes no sense on such a basher.

This was great!

I'm fresh into the hobby after a 10+ year hiatus. I've already added a few to the collection (in order): Typhon 3S, Infraction V2 6S, TLR Typhon 6S, and the little GROM. All of them are amazing vehicles and I've been very happy with them. If you look at the list though I don't really have a true monster truck if you will.. this new Big Rock just may fit the bill!

That would be a great combo for this truck but maybe a tad heavy for a Talion to keep it balanced during big jumps! You can certainly run that combo in a talion but I've always ran a stock 2050kv blx system in mine and she screams!

2nd time I came back to this video curious, did you break anything while making this? If it lasted this with only minor repairs I think im sold on this truck and just gonna order it. Would you possibly be able to make a size comparison short or something compared to some traxxas cars?

There were no major breaks during this filming other than the chassis was a bit warped. That is to be expected launching it like I was. A simple M2C chassis and braces and this will be one insanely durable truck! Still haven't broken any arms, hinge pins or any other parts. Diffs are holding up as well! I'll do a size comparison next vid. It is larger than a Sledge but smaller than an X maxx.

You mentioned in the first video you may have bent the chassis from that roof landing, was it bent?

Yes but easily straightened it. This is a stock 3mm rtr chassis so it can only take so much. Standard bashing it'd be fine. I'd recommend EXB or M2C Mojave chassis for going big!

They are similar. The Fireteam handles a little better but I think it has to do with the diff setup.

Yes but it's a no brainer when bashing a stock chassis like this. She's getting ready to be built right from the ground up next. It's going to be a beast!

There is instructions in the manual that comes with the truck or you can use a program card.

Dang, BR took it pretty well. How is it that the tires didn't take on water? Are they vented from the wheel or the tire? I find it strange that Arrma vents some through the tire, others through the wheel? Why? Why does any manufacturer still vent the wheels? Terrible idea, unless they're in the business of selling parts? Hmm.. The body, while good looking, too much (fancy) for a basher IMO. Cool truck, not for me though. It's just an FT with a King Ranch body IMO..LOL

i say change out the body and rims and tires and put on a rally car body n tires.
