Is that applicable for only high court or for district court

If an advocate of any other state wants to practice in Maharashtra he has to file an advocate along with other advocate who is enrolled in Bar of Maharashtra. You cannot file vakalatnama only of your name. To be more clear other state advocate and Maharashtra advocate should file joint vakalatnama

Then no need of BCI, No need of AIBe, Individual State Bar Councils can frame their own rules😢

Sir , what is the logic of qualifing All India Bar Council Exam then, if an Advocate can't practice pan india.

Phir COP aur AIBE ka kaya matalab. Yeh judgement sahi nahi hai isko chellenge karna chahiye.

Doctors only one state practice or all over India doctor, doctor need another doctor representation or help to practice in every state

The advocate is enrolled with the bar council of U.P having an identity card of permanent enrolment, not provisional. His identity card is expired.

Bail filed aug 2022 expiry of enroll dec 2022. It is not violation

Sir agar AIBE pass ho gaye to sab jagaha chalega kya?

Boss ye toh unfair rule hua fir.. Dhkke se Local advocate ko fees dene wali baat hui. Baaki high court ne lga rkha hai ye rule toh challenge hona chahiye supreme court mein.

Ye rule mostly states me already applied hai... nd this is mandatory

एक वकील को पूरे भारत में अपने मुवक्किल के लिए बहस व वकालत की सेवा करने का मौका मिलना चाहिए ना कि एक अजनबी शहर के अजनबी वकील को ढूंढने का काम।यदि वह अपने केस में काम करेगा तो बेहतर परिणाम दे सकता है।बजाय कोई अधिवक्ता साथी ढूंढने के। जाहिर है जो दूसरे राज्य का पीड़ित किसी अन्य राज्य के अधिवक्ता की मदद ले रहा है तो उस भरोसा भी करता है।उस पीड़ित व अधिवक्ता का शोषण तो दुगना हो जाएगा।डबल डबल वकील को भुगतान करना होगा।

सर अब ऐसा हो गया है कि जहां पर प्रेक्टिस करने जाना होगा देश के किसी राज्य में वहां पहले पूछना पड़ेगा हमे उसकी बाद वकालत नामा दाखिल कर ना होगा । वरना लेने के देने पड़ जाए गै 😅
