Thanks for reviving old memories.. I think in 2004 some auto magazine did 24 hour run on Karizma.. I bought the Karizma in 2005... I did many fast highway runs without worrying about the engine failure... Best run was Mumbai to Jaipur in 17.5 hours.. That engine was a gem of an engines... After 1.8lac kms i have retired that bike... I think now its a time to buy another reliable machine and hit the road...

Few things: 1: Congratulations to TVS, Apollo, Team Evo India, and all the riders. 2: I love your watch, Sirish. 3:NATRAX is near Indore. Indore has one of India's highest numbers of performance and luxury vehicles per capita. They must make some arrangements towards accommodating the common public, the way other cities have tracks, so people can have those 'track days' on their bikes or cars. A level of supervision and establishment of safety parameters will be welcomed, put a price on using the track or substitute tracks, and people will gladly pay for it. Mumbai has one drifting track/location as well. We don't. I believe the insurance of the vehicle might stand in the way, but there can be a way around it if thought of and designed deliberately. 4: I think I will buy the Apache rr310 now. I just doubt the aftersales service by TVS for this bike. 5: The reason why I and people like me connect to Evo India's content is because of the emphasis on the driving/riding experience of the vehicle, and not on the nonsense poetic storytelling and bogus cinematics like Powerdrift and Powerdrift copycats; and of course, the phrase "the thrill of driving." I don't know any petrolhead who will not relate to that phrase. Say it more, say it (tastefully) often, we all love it. Cheers guys!

I have mostly heard bad experiences when it comes to servicing RR310. The spare part availability was also not good and the spare prices were on the higher side. This was one year back. I am sure they must have made improvements. Such a shame since it is a really nice bike. It looks premium and gives the big bike feel. I went for the ADV 390 instead of RR310 because of this exact issue. So far best decision I have ever made. The 390 punch is just wow. Even in ADV form it pulls so hard.

I want to know further about the engine oil top up. Is the engine burning oil in continuous run? Or intentionally you're filling the levels?

Every engine burns some amount of oil. So its safe to top up oil, especially on an endurance run like this.

Congratulations on the new record really proud of you guys,🎉 but my question running in my mind always is how was the bike condition after that ride, was it still intact with same engine sound same performance and same smoothness in the engine?

​@@abhinavuday1248 Since the bikes werelooked after even during the run -- engine oil top up every 1000km. Plus this is nothing for the bikes. They are tested for far much worse riding conditions, for longer.

fun fact those alpha h1 are not in production bike and they re providing better tyres in form of michelins

So TVS can you improve the tank capacity to atleast 14 liters, 11 liters feels really bad🙃

Why Natrax isn't lit, last time I checked ( pure sarcasm ) racecars ( vehicles ) dont need headlights because track is lit - Lightning McQueen

TVS always involved in racing and such record breaking. but they really need to ramp up their after sales

To be honest it's a BMW engine n not a TVS engine so again they should have gone for Apache rtr 200 4v which is purely Indian bike n then I would have agreed about the national pride of India

It has been jointly developed by both the brands. TVS had as much inputs in it as BMW, and that engine is made in India by TVS.
